The doctor was thorough and informative. The nurse was very attentive, concerned, and helpful.
The staff at the front desk were kind and efficient. My wait time was very minimal. My overall experience was exceptional.

This visit was very quick as was not many people . I was diagnosed with a UTI , I am so much better , pain gone and emptying out so much better . I want to thank the Dr he was very nice . I love being able to see a Dr when I am so sick and can’t get in to see my PCP . Thank you

Everyone was very friendly and helpful when I visited the Hilltop Urgent Care last Friday night, 10/27/23. It was a very friendly professional atmosphere in the clinic. Everyone from the front check in people to Dr. Landrum's visit was so courteous. I appreciate the care and friendliness that I received from everyone at the clinic. Thank you.

I did not have to wait but about 30 minutes to see the doctor. I was very pleased with the care I received from Dr Barber and the staff.

They were quick and didn’t waste anytime doing the test and getting me back on my way.

Hilltop Urgent Care always takes time to listen to my needs, takes assessment of my symptoms properly and has always given me excellent health care.

I want to give the biggest five star shout out to Ms Margaret at the front check-in desk. I waited in the waiting room for an hour and a half and I have never met a more pleasant employee at any health provider……. ever. She went above the standard politeness to everybody she checked in. She never lost her composure, multi tasked like a champ, and wished everyone a quick recovery. She even thanked the waiting room twice(!) in the hour and a half I waited her thanks for everyone being so patient with them as they did have an extended wait time. I wish more health professionals could come to work with the great attitude that I experienced first hand from Ms Margaret. I also had a great experience with the rest of the staff. They were professional, efficient and even wished me a Happy early Birthday. Other than the wait, this could not have been a better visit.

The staff is always so friendly. Wait time is always reasonable. Would definitely recommend and have done in the past.

The front desk clerk was extremely helpful, kind and professional! I was not feeling well, but she showed compassion and empathy. We need more people like her in that position.

Crystal Adams, NP was very professional and took the time to order the proper test that led to the right diagnosis and treatment. I am vey appreciative of her and her staff and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Got in and out very quickly, when you are sick you don't feel like sitting in a waiting room for very long. The staff was so friendly

The whole staff took care of me and treated me with concern and care, my illness with professionalism and concern.

Four of us were sick in my family. The Dr., nurses, and staff made sure we were all taken care of. In and out in about 2 hours.

I was treated with the utmost respect pre and post visit. Cass was tremendous with her knowledge and dedicated care. I'm still having issues with the problem, but the URGENT CARE folks certainly got me off to a great start for healing. THANK YOU AGAIN !
