The day I brought my switch in to have them look at it, Jake made me an accurate quote for what they were going to attempt to fix. Their technician Ashley fixed it over Memorial Day weekend, which I very much appreciated. Jake also sold me on the extended warranty program, and with the total cost of the repair was still $50 cheaper then the last place I got a quote. Super team!

Every experience my family and I have had at this location has bee wonderful! Jake and the rest of the team are so personable and helpful, and every repair has lasted longer than the original piece. I just got the back glass of my phone replaced, and they even ordered a piece in the original lavender color! We will absolutely remain loyal and continue to bring all of our repairs to this location!

Great people, great service! Spoke with Ty on the phone; explained the specifics of the damaged glass back on my OnePlus 8T. I had a replacement ready to go. He said it was a slow Sunday d/t the weather, and they could work on it right away.

Old back removed, the replacement back was attached, pressed and ready to go in just 20 minutes. And the price they charged was very fair, even asking me if that was a fair price... Highly recommended, mo question!

I just got my Fold 4 inner screen protector replaced. They did a great job and Jake and the repair technician explained some things about my particular model to be aware of as well as some tips and tricks for keeping it working like new. Great experience, I will for sure use this location again!

They are very professional and very customer oriented. They are experienced with all different types of phones and know exactly what to do. I highly recommend this company.

As things go sometimes, only a couple of weeks later I had to bring in my device again because the hinge joint was damaged. I originally tried to work through Samsung for the repair but found that to be extremely difficult. I walked in here, they immediately knew what to do and could take care of all of the warranty or insurance in house. It was an extremely simple process. My phone is as good as new.

They were amazing! Stood behind their work. Told us everything up front. Very friendly. Each and everyone of them! Great to find a place that has that for sure! Jake I believe (glasses with red hair and beard) made sure my iPhone 12 back glass was taken care of not once but twice. He went above and beyond and made me feel important.

Jake really hooked me up, didn't take long and I was really pleased. This makes twice I have been here and I will definitely come back if needed!

I got my s22ultras lcd screen replaced here. Not only did Jake get me in same day within an hour of me calling, but when I got there and gave him my phone for them to fix he was incredibly polite, helpful (I had my children with me in our wagon, and it is always an event when that happens.), he assisted me with moving a chair to their walk way so my toddler could run around in an enclosed semisafe area while we finished waiting. He gave a relatively accurate time estimate and checked me out as they were finishing up my screen protector. Overall experience was wonderful, and my phone is as good as new! If I need any other technology repairs, I will be returning! Thanks Jake!

ubreakifix team did a great job fixing the badly damaged screen on my Galaxy S23 Ultra. Wish I didn't have to drive an hour and a half to get it done in a day, but they were professional and courteous and did a really good job. My phone is like new again!
