Northgate Market

Northgate Gonzalez market has been around a long time. It was established in 1980 by Don Miguel Gonzalez Reynoso's family. It now has 41 stores in Los Angeles, Orange, San Diego, and Riverside counties.This market has Latin American, and Mexican goods .They have fresh meats and seafood, fruits and vegetables, bakery and hot foods, auga frescas ,Tortilleria, Panaderia ,fresh flowers and so much more. The managers and employees are courteous and friendly and very helpful. The customer service is really great. I’ve been to this market many times and I felt it was time to do a review. We enjoy visiting this market and plaza. They have an outdoor courtyard, dining area and a nice fountain to enjoy your view. There’s plenty of parking ,the handicap stalls are close to the front entrance.

Out of all the Northgate Markets I’ve been to, this location is the nicest. It’s so big, clean, the staff is very friendly and best of all…so much fresh produce for the best prices.

Great food bar with delicious choices. I love their ceviche bar, tamales, chili sauces ready to eat at home. They have an excellent bakery. They make their own tortillas and bouillon. They offer so many great grocery items.

Items are very well displayed, quality is good, prices are good, especially the staff are bright and friendly
The product is very diverse and the price is relatively cheap.
A very clean and well-organized market with plenty of Mexican snacks
The Korean market seems to be the most expensive...
The Chinese market and the Mexican market seem to be cheap and good quality.

This is the first time trying Northgate Market. When I enter the market all I can say Omg!!!! Northgate Market is extremely organized and clean store. They have everything you need for all your families needs. The Staff are very friendly and helpful. You can feel they are proud to be part of this epic company. I will be shopping at Northgate Market in the near future. Great Great place.

Love to grab lunch from here and get some coffee in the mornings. They have one of best lunch options at a reasonable price to satisfy your hunger. The store is well stocked and organized I highly recommend it for you and your family.

I guess it’s mostly Hispanic groceries, but it’s a pretty good value grocery with lots of fresh fruits and vegetables. They do have a bustling food court, but we haven’t tried it yet, probably in the near future. They do have tables if you choose to dine in.

I was at my Aunts house and she kept saying we have a Mexican grocery store over here. I was like ok there are a bunch of mercados. I was so wrong this place is glorious! Tons of produce you don't see anywhere else. A tamale bar, ceviche bar, Fresh made tortillas. panderia. There is so much more and its not like any other grocery store, it's for us.

This is a fantastic place to shop for fresh and ready-made food and organic produce. It is very clean, well organized, and spacious for safe social distancing. I was really blown away at what they have to offer here. I love this place.

I always find everything I need, they have very good products and a variety of all types of foods. The aguachile is delicious. And the food they sell ready to eat is also very good.

Took my kids here on a field trip and they went above and beyond. So hospitable and my kids all commented that we need to go back.

Mexican Walmart / check cashing place/Bakery/Dine in / fresh seafood/meat market/ liquor isle/ produce isle,outside tables to eat,water fountain ,you could probably have your wedding here 🤣 just need a chapel...

Wow! There setup is awesome. I love the Mexican take over! Lol There gonna take all business away from other stores. You can even build your own 6 pack, how cool is that!

This place is incredible!! The deli alone is amazing! So much to choose from, you’ll have your head spinning from not knowing what to take home!! We heard about the ceviche and had to try it! It did not disappoint! The shrimp ceviche with avocado and without were both beyond excellent!! I plan to have many dinner from this place! The lady that checked us out was pleasant and sweet and helped us with a big smile!

Very clean, well and organized food market and their people very well trained, treat customers with respect and courtesy I highly recommend this market 👌 👍

The aisles are organized, clean, and in both English y español! Love the authenticity!

There was a dental mobile check up truck on the side parking lot for anyone who needs the service. Not sure how long they'll be there.

This location is super clean and organized. I love shopping here. Their hot food deli is amazing. Highly recommend!

Amazing place to shop for a variety of Mexican foods. They were even making fresh chips while there.
