I recommend this location! I live next door to the Roland Heights location, but this one has better customer service and control of quantity on hand.

This Big 5 is fully stocked with all your ammunition needs! I had the pleasure of being assisted by Stephanie. She was professional, efficient and had a good attitude. If you are in the area check this place out.

I was looking for a specific brand/size of shoes for my fiance. I had called several places and tried to find these online throughout the entire day. These are his favorite shoes and he's on his feet all day so it sounds silly but they are important. I called the store and gave the SKU...the person who answered was very kind, personable and didn't sound annoyed. He put them on hold for me and I arrived a few hours later. He knew why I was there and rushed back and grabbed them from the back. Customer service is dead nowadays. I wish I got his name but I would recommend this place over some of the other larger, busier places in a heartbeat.

Store was kept as neat as would be feasible, employees were polite and actively accomodating, store was kept relatively well-stocked and advice/concerns were freely given upon request. More than suitable for a range of sports needs.

I went to Big 5 to get a small exercise ball and band for a exercise class that I am taking. When entering a young directed me were to find the exercise balls. I could not find what I was looking for. The same young man came to check on me and was very helpful in helping me find what I was looking for. He took me throughout the store to find everything that I needed. Thank you so much for an excellent experience.

March 2016, The customer service is so great. I dont know about prevoius times, but it's a Fabulous place to shop. Great values And,... they help you find things even if what your looking for is somewhere else.

Very friendly and helpful staff, even though we went 15 minutes before they closed. Didn't have my son size in hiking boots but, will be going back for baseball cleats.

Big 5 is still around even after the Amazon and Ebay invasion on sporting goods! Great sales to look for especially shoes. I always go to Big 5 for athletic shoes and they're great brands. Try them on yourself, etc. Also other necessities such as watches or camping equipment. Full service except no skiis!!

Went in for a gaming headset and it was exactly what I wanted. But when I got home I noticed that I was charged different than the ad price. I went back the next day and the manager apologized and gave me the difference back

Enthusiastic staff providing excellent customer service even directing me to a competitor who carries the product I seek.

It was great there was a few customers look around and found what I needed .Try them on and ask questions, look some more lots of sales!! I was out of there.

I always buy my shoes at Big 5 got some great deals and normally went to shoe department don't get a whole lot of customer service but this time I was asked a couple times can I help you so I was pleased with my visit

Customer Service was great i literally had my son try on 5 different pairs and they're attitudes were still happy.
