I have used Cowan Insurance for all of our policies for many years now. All of our commercial policies, all my personal policies. Many different lines of insurance. Very reliable, very responsive with any of our needs. They always go above and beyond. I couldn't be happier with their service. I would strongly recommend any Business owners to Cowan Insurance. They have the best staff around.

Excellent customer service! I had previously used Cowan Insurance for vehicle insurance years ago and they were always very accommodating, reasonable and pleasant. I recently contacted the office again for homeowners insurance and received a quick response and excellent customer service once again! Larry went above and beyond to obtain a quote that I needed immediately and was able to provide us with the coverage we needed. Also, it was awesome to see the same girls at the front desk, that truly shows how well the business in general is ran. Cowan Insurance handles all our commercial policies with expertise and exceptional customer service! Stefanie in particular is always a phone call away to answer and guide me with questions I may have. If I need a COI sent to a client, they always respond lightning fast! very bad experience with this company. They will take your money every month and when its their time to give you claim ,they decline it. They declined my STD claim for pregnancy sickness giving the reason everything is normal .They want the condition to get worse ,Then they will think about it.I paid more than $500 fee to my doctor for the insurance paper work, which they dont reimburse you .I would never recommend this insurance.

My mother had Cowan Insurance for 20+ years with no claims. Had snow damage to roof during the 2015 record snowfall and opened a claim. Insurance dropped her 1 year later with no reason. Now that my mom is older and has limited income, it will definitely be harder to get new insurance. Thanks for nothing, bunch of snakes.
