CVS Pharmacy

It's a smaller CVS and is missing some things that are in larger stores.

CVS is absolutely terrible I went to the dentist today My whole lower jaw was cut from one end to the other completely sewed up I needed antibiotics and pain medication I got to the pharmacy at 3:00 p.m. My doctor mind you called in my prescriptions from Tufts University dental School in Boston I live in Georgetown it took me an hour and a half to get home by the time I got home and got to the pharmacy I went into the counter they were at least 20 people waiting for vaccines and a line with 20 people waiting to pick up prescriptions it was absolutely ridiculous I waited a solid hour still did not get my medications so I left the store and I will later I tried to call the pharmacy back I was on hold for a solid hour nobody answered the phone so I went back to the pharmacy and at this point it was 7:00 p.m. I went to the drive-up window waited 20 minutes for somebody to come to the window and he told me your prescription still have not been filled we are too busy well don't you think you're understaffed I said okay he said we close at 8:00 if you want to wait by the time we close we will fill your prescriptions so I went into the store sat there or a solid hour the pharmacy closed and I waited 15 minutes more before they gave me my medications this is totally uncalled for and you people should be ashamed of yourself thank you Dennis Day I live at 10 Laurel Lane and Georgetown Massachusetts the CVS I went to was at 65 Central Street in Georgetown Believe me I do not recommend anybody going there it took me 5 hours before I finally received my medications absolutely ridiculous
