First time using my membership. I had a flat tire on my truck used app service tech arrived very quickly got me up and running fast. Thank you AAA

I am a AAA member for long time and never been disappointed with any services. They are absolutely awesome. I visited Oct. 23.2023 for RMV Registration Transfer Service. Front Desk (Lori?) and RMV transaction specialist (Jennel?) were very friendly and courteous. The transaction was completed very smoothly and right on scheduled time. THANK YOU for the GREAT service. My apology if I spell the names wrong.

Always great service here. I have 2 vehicles insured here, got my motorcycle permit here and in past they helped me book a vacation trip that came with a deal. Great staff.

Quick and easy, no issues whatsoever. Make sure you have an appointment and proper paperwork just like the RMV and you’re good to go.

Hard to find. I didn't know that they moved into a strip mall location. Renewing my license was quick and easy.

I had never renewed my driver's license at an AAA before. This year, I knew I would probably have a problem because I turned 75, wanted one of the new ID licenses, and wanted the eyeglasses restriction removed, so I thought going to AAA might be easier than battling the registry. Boy, it was. When I went in, I told the lady I had no appointment and was having a problem downloading the application so I needed some help. No problem, she finished with her client and asked if I had a little time to do it now. She was nice enough to take the time and renew my license right away. I know I had luck that day to get it done right away, and next time, I will make the appointment as required. But what a better experience, no long lines, no sitting waiting for what seems forever, and they had all the equipment the registry would have. Thanks very much, AAA. This senior really appreciated the help.

I had to renew my license from April. I was able to get a Real I.D. when the RMV still isn't offering them. It's one less thing I will have to worry about when the new rule goes into effect October 2021.

This AAA branch was very systematic and careful to keep more than 6 feet of distance between customers and disinfected surfaces in between client appointments.

It definitely beats waiting and working with the registry. They were more customer service oriented.

I love their road side assistance. They will even come to where you are and change your car battery. Very professional and helpful. You can skip out of the RMV and go to AAA to get your license/Real ID

Went here to renew drivers license and upgrade to RealID. Absolute top notch service. Friendly team, easy process. Totally worth the AAA membership.

I just got a real ID and a password photo and renewal app here at the Haverhill office. Branch manager Donna and agent Jeanette were outstanding in their helpful, prompt service and I could not be more satisfied. Well done, ladies!

Excellent service. Arrived 15 minutes early, ended up completing my appointment before the scheduled time. They have a copy of the pottery barns Christmas trilogy on CD. How can you not appreciate that?
