Conley's Drug Store

I have dealt with this pharmacy for many years now and in all honesty have never had an experience of interest in the customer like this place. In 15 years of dealing with them I have never once felt like I was being rushed through, nor have I felt ignored. When I walked in pick something up, I am greeted by both those behind the cash and those in the lab looking out.

They seem to be the modern incarnation of the "local druggist" from days gone by, and its very comforting to find that level of attention to a client.

Kindest pharmacy on the North shore. Chris and his team are professional and caring. It's the way pharmacies USED TO BE. Just wish my insurance covered the few medications I use. And Carol, at the front register, is so kind and efficient too, as are all their employees!!

I had to jump on and offer a review for Conley's after visiting. Hometown atmosphere, pleasant aromatherapy, and friendly staff aside: when my perscription was unfortunately not covered by insurance the folks at Conley's applied a discount completely unsolicited! I have been meaning to write this review for sometime now. Almost four months ago, my dog, Chuck, was diagnosed with focal myasthenia gravis, and was in need of a medication that needed to be compounded and in liquid form. I had initially gone to CVS, and they had quoted over $1K for a two week supply. I had searched online for medical compounding pharmacy and found that Conleys, a local pharmacy hear in Ipswich, does this for pets and even flavors the liquid to be chicken or beef. I had brought in the script and the pharmacist was polite and honest and set proper expectations. I was pleasantly surprised when I was notified earlier than expected that not only were they able to do it, but they were able to do it a fraction of the cost that they had initially estimated. Because his condition and treatment isn't a one size fits all, we can increase/decrease the milligrams given more easily to see what is going to work best for him. They are always prompt, courteous, and I couldn't be happier with the level of service each time I get his script filled.

So glad there was a community pharmacy in the area. Needed some OTC products before travel and they had them. They’ve got plenty of protective equipment! Thanks to the team

There are 50 people jammed into this tiny store for there walk in boosters and they aren't requiring masks or distance, no need to get a booster just come in and wait around to get the real stuff

Thanks for leaving all your gloucester customers out in the cold when you sold out to CVS and they lost everybodys RX in the system. Guess greed was more important to you then your customers
