I've been shopping at JOANN Fabric and Crafts in Middleton, MA for over 10 years now, and I've always been impressed with their selection, customer service, and overall shopping experience.

The first time I went to JOANN, I was looking for a sewing machine. I was a beginner, so I didn't know what I was looking for. But the staff was so helpful and knowledgeable, they were able to help me find the perfect machine for my needs.

Since then, I've been back to JOANN countless times. I always find something new and exciting to buy. They have a huge selection of fabrics, yarn, beads, and other craft supplies. And their prices are always reasonable.

One of my favorite things about JOANN is their fur department. They have a huge selection of furs in all different colors and textures. I love to buy furs to sew into outfits. They're so soft and plush, and they make any outfit look special.

I highly recommend JOANN Fabric and Crafts to anyone who loves to sew, craft, or just get creative. They have everything you need to make your projects come to life.

Love this store. I Found everything I needed for my wedding dress and invitations and as always the staff is always helpful and happy to help.

The customer service was excellent. Kind, caring, helpful, friendly even though very short handed. Excellent service from all.

I went here for the first time today and I was pleasantly surprised. I have never purchased fabric before so I had no idea what I was doing. I was pretty happy that I was treated very kindly and I would go as far as saying that the people that work there went out if their way to make sure that I was okay with my project. I might become a crafter after all.
The store is very easy to find, well organized, and clean.

I loved coming into JoAnns once again! The smell of fresh fabrics, the colors, and the friendly and helpful staff inspired me once again. The store was very clean and the staff followed covid safety precautions. There were only a couple other shoppers that early evening so had a fun and relaxing time finding material for my project!

I love this store! It's always quiet in here because it's a bit hidden, even though it's on plaza. The store has a lot of available fabrics and crafts. Definitely check it out if you are near and into creativity!

Betty helped me tremendously yesterday at Joann Fabric in Middleton .
I had a glitch in my sewing machine. She corrected it immediately and
was extremely helpful to me. She was patient and very kind. She
was very thorough. I wish every company had an employee like Betty.

I love this Joanne Fabrics. They have a wide variety of fabric choices compared to other Joanne's stores I've been too. The customer service is so nice compared to the other Joanne's Fabrics I go to that is closer to my home. Its worth the longer drive because I don't have to deal with the rude ignorant women who work in the Saugus Store location.

I am brand new to sewing and using a sewing machine. The girl behind the fabric counter was super helpful (even thought I asked a billion questions) and she answered all of my questions with a smile on her face. Wasn't sure what kind of thread to use on my sewing machine and she guided me to the aisle and helped me pick out the best one for my machine. As a new sewer, I was very lucky to have someone so helpful!

At first I was quite disappointed that the fabric I wanted was shown as available on-line but ,in fact, was not when I visited the store. However, Ginny,who was working cutting fabric, made a huge and time-consuming effort to locate and have the fabric shipped from other stores. There was also a mistake in the price that I only discovered the next day. When I called the store the mistake was easily corrected. Good job!

I love coming in to buy things for my projects. Their site is always easy to navigate as well in case you want to make sure they have what you need before arriving to the store and employees are always helpful.

Took sewing classes at the Middleton store. Betty is a great teacher! I learned more than I had anticipated, and she's a great storyteller too. The store itself is in a great location, well stocked, and has knowledgeable and friendly staff.

I have been going to Joann Fabrics for years. Yes, they have fabric of all all kinds. They have yarn, knitting needles, beads, findings and string to design your jewlery, frames and a whole lot more. The staff there are very helpful.

This store has a good location. Maybe needs a "facelift" inside tho. Large assortment of fabrics, threads, etc. Was able to get exactly what I needed & used 2 great coupons!!

I love it! I just wish there have better prices. And add sawing classes more classes. I went for my first sawing class,for beginers,the lady was so exelent very patience knows a very good amunt of tricks. Thank you

Find all your crafting and sewing needs here. Plenty of help if you have questions. Yarn for making blankets and soft goods. Paper crafting with crickets. Material for all sewing projects, quilting or dress making.

Great local spot for fabrics and linens. Helpful staff and fair prices.
