Sisters and I love visiting Opal & Oak. Amazing clothing variety that you won't find at the mall! Have had great experiences with the employees, both online and in person. Will ship you gift cards or clothing, and it is such an easy process!

This place is so cute! They have such trendy clothes of all varieties. They have great jewelry, sunglasses, and bags etc. I highly recommend giving it a look.

The only comment I need to say and think what you ladies need to work on is to at least let everyone bring clothes back even if they were on final sales!!!

Cute boutique; terrible customer service. Came in with daughter and tried clothing on, however the gal working didn't say one thing to us, never checked in on us, didn't offer to get different sizes, nothing! She didn't say goodbye or hello. So odd.

Not a lot online presence in terms of getting back to people. Should try to engage more when customers ask questions online. How will I get in contact if I can’t get into the store.
