I have been going to Gentle Dental for about two years now, and cannot be happier with the service. The staff is knowledgeable, kind, and patient and are always out to recommend the safest options for the patient. During my last check up there was a note about deep cleaning, the hygienist examined my gums and said that this is absolutely not needed because this was a remnant of an old situation from two years ago that has disappeared. She quickly recommended to take this off my chart and polish my teeth without charging my insurance for an additional cleaning that was not needed. I really appreciate this level of honesty and professionalism.

Well run, organized office. Staff from the front desk to dental asst. to hygienist were friendly, courteous and helpful. Was able to get a cleaning appt in less than a week and an appt with the Dr. within four days. Great experience!

Dr. Ogunjimi displayed exceptional skill in replacing my 12-year-old denture, which attaches to three implants. Despite minimal information available about the implants, he managed to create a snap-on denture that fits perfectly. He and his staff at North Andover Gentle Dental are courteous and friendly.

They are a wonderful, caring bunch of professionals who did a great job performing a painless root canal and cap for the low price of $3,594.00. A deep cleaning will only set you back about $1,067.80. To complete the total care that I was told that I will be needing, will set me back about $13,433.00. I forgot to ask if that includes air conditioning.

I've been with Gentle Dental for almost 30 years, and going to Dr. Chase in North Andover for about 10 years now. He's the reason I've stayed with them. Great listener and a gifted practitioner.

Today I had the pleasure of meeting my new hygienist, Gianna, and I couldn't be happier with the experience.

Very pleasant and personable, and a great listener, she helped me ask questions about some work a prior hygienist had recommended to determine what was called for. She then gave me the best, most thorough cleaning I've had in a long time. Patient, great attention to detail and an exceptional touch. Highly recommended.

This place is my second home, I go there every month for my braces. Everyone is super nice and the place is always clean. Yesterday, I noticed a dental assistant constantly asking her coworkers if they needed help. She was wonderful! I told her that I wished my coworkers were like her. Cece, the dental assistant that took care of me, made me feel very comfortable. The front staff are always cordial and friendly. I've been to too many different locations and so far this is the best one. The new orthodontist, Dr. Krass is amazing. I get very nervous when I get a new doctor, but he is very gentle and made me feel comfortable from day one.

Gianna is an expert as a hygienist. Of all the dental offices I've been to there is no comparison. She is extremely knowledgeable and very thorough and very friendly. Highly recommend this Gental Dental on North Andover.

Dr Chase is so kind, caring and especially so knowledgeable and thorough. I need a lot of work done unfortunately but he sat with me to discuss all his recommendations while keeping the price in mind for me. He’s the greatest, seriously. His staff are also fantastic too. I highly recommend him to anyone, Gentle Dental, Winthrop st N Andover. I bought the $99 insurance through them and I’m saving so much money. So happy Dr Chase is my dentist. 💗

Gental dental in north Andover is a great place to have your teeth taken care of, and so so friendly from the Dr to the receptionists

To my surprise, my deep clean went so well. It was very smooth, gentle and effective. In the end she even removed all the dark stains on my teeth. My teeth look so shiny.

I adore this place. They are truly "Gentle" when it comes to work, Dr. Chase is a master of pain free dentistry and the Oral Surgeons who work here are spectacular. I have had cleanings, checkups, cavity fills and tooth extractions and there is no dental office I would rather be at. I would follow Dr. Chase anywhere :)

The dentist I saw (Dr. Silguero) was fantastic - skilled, intelligent, trustworthy, attentive, even personable and I liked that she seemed to consult with another dentist on staff to ensure an appropriate course of care. The front desk and dental staff were supportive and it was helpful and convenient to be able to schedule an appointment the week I called and that they take my insurance. I also appreciate their evening hours.

I cannot say enough about how good this office is. I have been a patient since 2017 and from the Front Desk Team, Hygienist and Dentists are excellent. I had a cleaning earlier today and the Hygienist was very gentle! I highly recommend!
