These guys were my blessing! I had so many issues with uhaul over the phone with my reservations, but this location was awesome. Everyone was kind and I got my truck without delay or incident!!

This store has very very very very POOR customer SERVICE! IF A CUSTOMER is 5 cents short they will not sell it to that customer. A lot of customers that are in the area are already trying to get back on they feet and they look down upon them Prices are high for the area they are serving in. Never have the things people need,with them being the only closes place to be everyday needs. They need to reevaluate on the surrounding and and stop being greedy they wud still have what they want in life but able to help those who are trying to get a better situation in life..

Terrible customer service. I completed the online check in for the uhaul since I knew I was running late. I walked in about 15 minutes after completing the check in and they advised they cancelled my reservation and gave the truck to someone else. They were very rude while doing so. Had I known the check-in process doesn’t reserve your uhaul, I would have contacted them earlier.

This place is H O R R I B L E! Don’t do business with these people, they will lie and scam you. I booked a uhaul to pickup from them, when I arrived I was told that my truck I booked wasn’t on the lot and that it was never returned and to come back in 3 hours. 3 hours later I return, and an actual u haul representative said my truck has been on the lot the entire time. These guys lied to me and tried to save the truck for someone else who was moving further away so they could make more money. The original pick up time was 10:30am. I didn’t get a truck until 4:30pm. I booked a one way, these guys canceled my original reservation and made a new one saying that I would bring the truck back to them. I’m assuming they did this so I could be charged for the extra gas and miles and so they would still have the truck for the other people that were going to make them more money. I have never dealt with such a mess in my life. Don’t do business with these people they are sneaky!

Used the U-Haul service provided to move a few things from my local storage unit. The place it's self was visually clean, and so we're the vehicles hired for rent.

The reason for my low review was the service provided during my visit. I rented a vehicle around 6:30 and was due around 2:00 a.m. the next day. I was told that the U-Haul location was closed after 7, and was told to close my account using the app.

I asked what the process using the app consist of. The counter employee told me that "he doesn't know, just follow the app".

So after using the vehicle, I dropped it off at 9; seen that the location was still open. I dropped off my key and asked the person behind the counter (which was a different employee) what the closing process consist of. I was told "you're good" and they took my key.

The next day I received a call, and I was told that I did not close properly and received a $25 cleaning fee. I called U-Haul Corp to complain, I was told that I should receive a call back from this location to settle the cleaning fee dispute. It's been 2 months and never got a response. And cost me $67 to rent a truck for 2 and a half hours.

If I could give a no stars I would, this place charged my friend $400 when she brought back her uhaul. They said it was a cleaning fee, parking in the wrong location, and late fee. Then when trying to speak to the manager supposedly they hung up on us and wouldn’t answer again. Went down there and I guess there was no manager available to speak to. This has been a very terrible experience

Reserved a uhaul which the owner didn't even have. Tried to avoid giving me a refund, and refused to give me other options, complicating my moving plans.

rented a u-haul and they make up fees to bill you that aren’t in the contract. their response is “waste $300 on a lawyer then”.. scummy dirt bags

If I can give them no stars I would they are unprofessional they don't give out contracts they make stuff up as they go along that's the last time I got to a minimart/ uhual pick Oh and they are way higher than any other UHAUL PLACE!

this place is not worth your time or your money. Go to a REAL WAWA & save yourself the headache!!
