Big problem with the accounts payable Dept. They billed me for the same service again after I paid and showed them proof of payment. They keep sending me bills and threaten to send it to collection agency. I call and remind them about the photo of canceled check I sent them. They say they'll look into it and get back to me. They never get back to me. They only send more bills and threats. I'm forced to pay for the same service twice or I loose my credit rating.
