Tony installed a new faucet and connected the dishwasher as part of our kitchen remodel. He did the disconnect first. He communicated well and honored his commitments and did excellent work. He also replaced the valves on water supply under bathroom sinks. He replaced piping from basement to kitchen. Would recommend him! He does excellent work and is honest.

Repairs our leaky shower and replaced our old garbage disposal. Tony was very responsive, clear on pricing and timing and very friendly. Did a great job and would definitely recommend.

During the last severe cold weather, I experienced heating problems in a home I recently purchased. I called Tony on a weekend and he offered quick response to come out and take a look. He assessed and trouble shot the problem immediately. He made some minor adjustments to settings and gave advice on how to get better performance. He quoted on some minor plumbing repairs to the hot water heater and install new thermostats. I scheduled the work and was very pleased with the job he did. Very professional work and outstanding service. I would recommend Tony for any plumbing or heating issues you might have. Very good experience!!!

This is my second time hiring Tony Coppola Plumbing and Heating. He is very professional and returns calls within a few minutes. He explains everything he is gong to do. The first time he fixed an outdoor faucet. Today he replaced my shower faucet. He had to cut through the wall to replace it. It looks great and works so good, never knew I had so much water pressure. He guarantees his work and parts. He cleans up everything and disposes of any old parts. I will have him back in the fall to replace the second shower faucets. Tony is the best. I needed a drain trap replaced, he returned my call quickly, and then showed up and efficiently took care of it. Highly recommended.

Great customer service. Calls back in five minutes and is honest. asked if available and he was booked, but referred me to another plumber in area. He did not need to do that, as I did not ask. Just cares. Will be sure to try him again when needed.

agreed to replace my hot water heater and then reniged
saying he had a bigger job tomorrow. I didn't fault him the bigger job until he posted some bad reviews threatening me to notify his brothers in trade. I'm a 73 y.o. handicapped women who needs a new hotwater heater. Help me out please.

We asked Tony for a quote and made an appointment a week out since we were having trouble finding someone. When someone else got back to us with a better price and faster turn around time we unfortunately had to cancel. Tony was very rude when we cancelled the appointment. We cancelled within 24 hours of making it, and it was over a week before our appointment. I understand being frustrated at losing a customer, but there is no need to be rude. We appreciate the time he took consulting with us, but his rudeness in his texts was totally uncalled for.

**Edit to respond to owner** My wife was the one who contacted him not myself. I am reviewing the correct company. Still do not recommend as he was extremely rude to my wife in his text responses.

Pretty bad experience. I had Tony by to "fix" a leaking sink drain. After a few months I was still finding water leaking all over. Reached out to Tony again and my calls & texts were ignored. Paid another plumber to fix the issue and not a single drop since.
