Absolutely fantastic all around. Great website, great advice when I called for advice, quick service for a front and back glass replacement on an iPhone, the crew took the time to check and show that the new glass worked perfectly when I came to pick up the phone, and the entire team was great. I definitely highly recommend these guys!

I was extremely happy with the service here. I had an IPad screen replaced. Had a minor issue that they addressed and another small fix that may or may not have been their issue, but they fixed that without charge. Very responsive via social media. The staff were professional and friendly. I wish they were not in Lawrence, but it was worth the trip!

I thought finding a screen replacement for my older IPhone 6S would be a painful process until I found IPhone Solutions. It was very easy to use their on-line website for ordering and reserving a repair time at my choosing. The service was quick and friendly and I was in and out faster than I expected. In a world that reminds us that time is money, I got a great deal shopping here!!

I’ve had to fix 3 different iPad screens with broken glass over the last 6 months and every time iPhone Solutions has been able to book a quick appointment and get it fixed within 2 hours of dropping off. They do exceptional work and I’ve never had a problem whatsoever. Highly recommended and easy to find parking right on the street in front of the store.

They were friendly, extremely knowledgeable and were customer focused. I went in to get my home button fixed and they fixed it within 5 minutes. I then bought a great case for it at a great price. I now know where to go when I have iPhone problems in the future. Highly recommended!

I called to see if they could fix my iPhone 12 Pro charging port. He said to come in so they could look at it before ordering expensive parts. When I came in he was upfront about what the costs would be if something needed to be replaced or if it was as simple as just cleaning out the port. I was here for maybe 5 minutes and Eddie was able to clean out the charging port, fixing my problem completely. Highly recommend.

Excellent service, great price, easy in and out appt! Our ipad screen was shattered and I mean a shattered mess. It's a very old model but my son is attached to it. I brought it in and they replaced the whole screen in two hours! Surprised they even had that screen in stock. Definitely recommend.

The service here is great and affordable! I always get the same day services and it’s fast! Today I brought 3 iPads to have the screens replaced and it was done before I noticed the time. My preferred repair shop for electronics for sure! The staff are also professional and nice.

The guys at the shop were extremely nice and did a great job on my iPhone. He fixed it right there in front of me and did it so quick my phone looks brand new they even gave me a free tempered glass to go on my new screen. I will definitely bring any phones that need to be fixed in the future to this shop. Oh wait I totally forgot the price was awesome too! thanks a lot guys!

Very friendly, capable service. The prices are reasonable too! They went the extra mile to help me fix my old Blackberry 9650. They ordered a part from Florida. And, when it took longer than expected to arrive, they gave me a 25% courtesy discount! They are very skilled and have outstanding customer service. I will definitely use their services again.

My daughter and I needed to fix broken glass on the front on an iPhone. The cost here was significantly less (50$ savings compared with Staples) and the service was prompt and courteous. We were lucky enough to show up on a Friday afternoon and have the work done done in 15 minutes!! I would highly recommend and would use them again.

Brought my original Apple Watch series 1 for a screen replacement, screen was replaced with no hesitation, but didn’t work right. Owner of the store personally covered a new watch out of his own pocket to replace mine with. Needless to say, I am 100% satisfied with the outcome. 10/10 would recommend this store for any type of service.

Although I disappointed I was charged 130.00, which is same price to have done at Apple Store without Apple care, for screen repair and I'm reading all other reviews that most people paid 70-80. I guess I got taken for a ride!

Fast, friendly service, good repair quality. The screen replacement they did on my Pixel 2 took just 1 day - could have been same-day I think if the new screen had been in stock. My repaired phone works as good as new so far.

Great deal! Fixed my shattered iPhone 6 screen same day in about 30 min. The people there were friendly and made sure that everything was working. They were also generous enough to put a screen protector on it free of charge!

Great experience at iPhone solutions!! If I could give 10 stars, I would. Very good customer service. They were quick to diagnose the problem and were just as quick to fix it. I thought I needed a new battery but it turned out it was a charging port issue and they were great about getting it fixed on the spot.
