Marie's Restaurant

We were driving forever in Newbury and Newburyport to find a decent breakfast place and for some reason our efforts were thwarted at every turn. We stumbled upon Marie's and it was the answer to our hungry prayers. They have an extensive breakfast and lunch menu, good coffee and very reasonable prices. Great, friendly service. I had a gigantic $3.50 pancake and it was perfection. Highly recommend!

Good food and service. Sign stated upon walking in that they were short staffed, they did their best to stay on top of everything. It seemed to take just a little longer than what would be expected, but still a good experience.

Just had a great breakfast at Marie's Restaurant. I had the Hash Brown Supreme with 2 eggs. The Hash Brown Supreme is in casserole form with bacon and cheese and is absolutely delicious. The service was quick. The waitress was personable. A very welcoming place.

This is the Roast beef club special, so good, doesn't come apart. The fries are amazing. Also, check out the watermelon slice, a very nice touch. The music is very 50-60's, so nice

Atmosphere is a little bland, no notable decor, but the food and service both make up for it in spades. The muffins are the best part of an overall exceptional selection. I make it a point to stop here whenever I'm in Salisbury.

In all my years of living in the area, I never knew this place existed. Great food. Great service. I will be back!

I love Maries! My parents and I always come. Food is delicious and service, even short staffed, is great! Would highly recommend. So clean inside as well! A great stop on the way to the beach. Hard to find cute little places like this anymore. I’m so glad they survived the pandemic and they sure deserve it!

Restaurant was very clean and organized. We had breakfast, I had loaded oatmeal bowl and my wife had a poached egg on toast. Both were excellent. Wait staff were very friendly and efficient. Everything was organized and clean. Bathrooms were clean and well stocked. I only wished I lived closer so I çould go more often.

Best breakfast, great everything,waitresses new how to handle the sitution,made sure you got what you wanted,and didn't bother you.

What a gem! The food was delicious, breakfast loaded oatmeal and hash brown magnificent!! The server was a delight and this place is sparklingly clean😊. We loved it!

Great food friendly staff reasonably priced. Very enjoyable.

It was a quieter morning during the off-season. The wireless was awesome, the coffee kept flowing and I was able to keep working. The egg, over easy, was served over perfectly toasted bread. Home style potatoes - excellent! At some locations, they are too salty. Good portions. A good experience for me.

It is a smaller local establishment.

I'm not local and I found everyone very friendly.

Great breakfast! Honestly the best buttermilk pancakes I've ever had! Nice clean atmosphere and our server Dawn was friendly and fast. Most definitely going to be a regular!

We had a great breakfast here at Marie’s Restaurant! The staff was wonderful, and the food was really good too! The restaurant is nice and clean, and the menu has a lot of choices. Next time we are up at Salisbury Beach we will stop by for a visit again!

Such a great place to eat and visit with members of the local community. Frequented by many of the locals on a regular basis, the staff know just about everyone and there"usual" order. So much fun to just hang out. Food is good too. All smiles. 😊

Very nice "homey" atmosphere

Breakfast spot that I've driven past many times usually in the latter part of the day when it's closed.

Food and coffee was very good. Server Dawn was excellent, made the visit very enjoyable.
