Everyone who works here is so sweet and nice! Anytime we order pizza for the office we choose Mario’s- All of us agree that it’s the best pizza spot in the area! Much love to their Rancho pizza.

In an area with a pizza place on every block, Mario's is a real gem! The atmosphere is modern but cozy and is tastefully decorated. The chairs are so comfortable and the service is high quality. The pizza its self was delicious! I can't wait to come back for the martini bar!

We did take out. We got the Insalada pizza. It was excellent! Fresh tomato fresh garlic! Crispy crust. Just excellent.

They remodeled not too long ago. Looks like they can get more interior seating, but on a Friday night having the register right at the front door and people waiting in a very small area really lacks Feng shui.

Nonetheless the pizza was terrific. Will be back.

We love Mario’s and have cousins who come from different states asking us to bring them to Mario’s every year. It holds a special place in our hearts. Also, best Buffalo chicken tenders in the world and great remodel!!

Service and food quality here seems to be monitored by an owner/operator who cares. My cousin tells me many locals frequent the establishment because the owner is loyal to the customer and it is reciprocated by the repeat customers. I enjoyed what I ate like the 3 others with me. "Non-chain" charm.

I love this place. They recently added a beautiful bar / martini lounge area. Great customer service. Delicious Italian food. Their chicken and vegetable soup is amazing and so is their eggplant parm. I always ask for home made fusilli because it is amazing. They are catering my staff meeting tomorrow that’s how obsessed I am. Order a lemon drop while you’re there 🤭💕

I live in the North End and the Sicilian style crust rivals the best pizza in Boston! It was that good! Very friendly staff too.

My favorite place to go for a Steak & Cheese sub.They have done the place over & its amazing how wonderful it came out.I go there for lunch & dinner at least once a week.There homemade Cheese Ravioli with meatballs & there chicken parm is delicious

With so many Italian restaurants in the general vicinity, I wanted to give a shout out to Mario's. The food is DELICIOUS. Recently ordered take out - Eggplant Rollatini, Chicken Parm, Chicken Saltimbocca - all were so good and under $60. Their red sauce is one of the best I've had, portions were big, and the food was hot when I picked it up! Their restaurant is currently undergoing renovations, but visit them when they reopen (or get takeout/delivery before)!

I have been going there for a while I love it the food is delicious the service is great and they just renovated the place it looks awesome it opened up the whole restaurant looks so much bigger. Keep up the good work people go try it you will not regret it..

This is my go-to pizza place. I love Mario's. Their pizza's are delicious, as well as, everything else. Their people are so nice and helpful. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Excellent quality, taste, price and service.

Came here for the first time with my mother the other day and everything we ordered was absolutely delicious! She ordered the muscles (which were so fresh) and I got the chicken Parmesan. The portions were the perfect size for a great price. A small restaurant with extremely friendly staff that I would highly recommend. Definitely will be back.

I have tried about 70% of their menu offerings. I have been satisfied every time and in the vast majority of cases, I’ve been extremely satisfied. Its very delicious food and very reasonable on the wallet. I’ve always had good service. But one thing I need to point out is the fact that I continuously go back, after every 3 or 4 visits, for my favorite meal there. They have the most insanely delicious Veal Marsala that I have ever had anywhere! I don’t cook so I don’t know why, but their recipe is slightly different than your conventional Marsala. But it’s truly in a league of its own. For pizza enthusiasts, try the “Big Mac” pizza. If you like the taste of a Big Mac, but not so much the quality, try that pizza. It is outstanding!

I just want to start off saying the food here is good and didnt disappoint at all. I enjoyed my salad very much and my mother and daughter enjoyed their food too! I also want to say the owner here is unbelievably friendly. He came up and offered a suggestion and also made sure we loved our food after he cooked it up for us! We really had a great experience because of him. It has a nice atmosphere, a little romantic which would be nice for couples too.

Just moved to North Reading MA, from Florida, discovering the area, I found this distinguished restaurant in Main street North Reading. Very few honorable Italian restaurants in this town, and I am not afraid to say that Mario’s is the best. A critique based on their friendly service, waitresses make you feel like a special guest, their all in one environment, thinking about taking your girlfriend or wife to a fancy place? Mario’s is the place. Thinking about a family dinner, where you can have fun and feel free of judgment? Mario’s is the place. The food? Let’s not even talk about it. I would like to sincerely thank the Chef and Pizza maker for their wonderful job, been there five times already, I think you all figured out that…. Yes, I am in love with this restaurant. Keep up the good work guys.

I had to change my review because the owner of the restaurant was so kind regarding my order mixup. I ordered a pizza off the menu from and it came with incomplete toppings, in addition to forgetting the drinks I ordered. However the driver did come back with the drinks and the restaurant refunded my money for the pizza that was missing toppings. The owner contacted me directly and was extremely apologetic, along with refunding my money, which I told her was not necessary. The pizza was delicious and the service was amazing as they made my order right.

The food is always excellent. The best kabob salad and steak and cheese sub! Honestly, i never had a bad meal here. Staff is always friendly. I just love going to Mario’s. I know i won’t be disappointed.
