I’ve had the pleasure of shopping at JD Jewelers on three occasions now. First was for a gold necklace, second for an engagement ring, and third for wedding bands. Jerry and his family are very knowledgeable and always steer me in the right direction. The quality of the gold and diamonds is second to none. I am still amazed at the clarity, cut, and sparkle of my fiancés engagement ring. Jerry worked with me to find the perfect fit for us based on budget and style. I will never go anywhere else, a customer for life!

If you need any work done on a ring, or looking for a custom engagement ring jeweler, we can't recommend this jeweler enough. Jerry does the work himself in the back of the store and did it with excellence. He helped us out by doing what other's said was impossible in an "wedding emergency". He's a quick worker and for a fair price.

Excellent customer service followed by excellent work! A jeweler that does in-house custom design, repairs, and other work is much more reliable than jewelers who send your jewelry out. Aside from jewelry work, the store also contains a vast selection of retail jewelry. When Jerry tells you exactly what color and clarity a diamond possesses, you are almost shocked by the expertise! Diamonds are truly their specialty! I will always go to JD Jewelers over any other in the North Shore! Don't know much about the South Shore! A+!

I took a chance and stopped in to see if they could fix a necklace clasp for my granddaughter (2 yrs old) who was in a wedding in a few hours. He fixed it immediately and didn't charge me. I was very impressed. Vivian was so proud of her necklace.

I have known Jerry and Susan for many, many years, since they were in the Jewelers Building in Boston. Jerry is a professional. He is knowledgeable and honest, and if he does not have what you want in his store, he will find it for you. And Susan is a love.

Jerry is great jeweler and offers very fair prices for gold. I feel extremely comfortable and safe buying jewelry here. Also a great collection of things to choose from.

I cannot thank JD enough for the work he did on my ring! I originally was having repairs done at another small jeweler in Peabody and every time my ring came back it looked worse and worse. JD made sure all my diamonds were secure, and replated my ring after soldering it and I have NEVER been more pleased. Thank you JD Jewlers!!

Very friendly staff! Went in to have a watch battery replaced and was in and out in less than 10 minutes, definitely recommend!
