E-ZPass MA Customer Service Center

Went there 11:05 AM. On 11/8/23. Walked in got my ticket was waited on at window #1. Was out and on my way in 15 min. Also got my question about a vehicle i added to my account Answered. Took longer to find them than to be taken care of !

Very polite and helpful. Quick and efficient, which was a suprise for a government agency.

I came at the end of the day literally and there was no line. I pulled a number and before I could pull the tix out of the machine, they were already calling it. The guy who serviced me was in training and very pleasant. The woman next to him was helping to train him and very patient with him. I wish I had gotten names but my only concern was to get in and out because we got stuck in SOOO much traffic taking the highway there due to 2 accidents—1 on 93N (what’s new!) & the other on the Tobin.

I was probably in there for a total of 5 min. Sad it took longer than that driving to get there, but overall great experience. My issue was the battery in my transponder died so the unit had to be replaced.

Yes, visiting the customer service center is daunting bc there's a problem. However, the employees there go above and beyond to help you.

Quick and efficient. No appointment needed. I saw all the bad reviews and was a little scared, but they were friendly and helped me very quickly! And I get to go to the food court after :D

I was having a hard time giving a review at Auburn. But the best representative helped me out his name was Mike His link number is 5984. I was calling with issues after issues but he was able to help me out and pin pointed the actual issues instead of going around it. By far the best rep I’ve talked in this company

I had to come into the EZ pass store to get my account information so I could log into my account online. The teller I had was extremely helpful with my questions and pleasant to work with. As long as you have the information you need it should be a smooth process getting in and out!

Amazing location , great hours that work with my availablity. Very fast you pull your ticket and it’s called in a matter of 30 seconds. The ladies at the front tell you everything from your account balance to what roads you traveled and where the charges derive . Unfortunately they can’t see out of State toll charges and told me I’d have to call the Toll customer service from the State traveled. Although everything that has to do with Massachusetts toll roads was taken care of and they accept cash . I like to keep my balance high since when I pay online the transaction won’t appear on my bank statement until 4+ Days later which began to irritate me. If you have a low balance such as $20 or less your account will be charged $20 to replenish the $20 minimum balance and if your bank account doesn’t have the cash in it then they’ll be a Service fee, you’ll be charged $30 on top of the $20. So $50 in total, advice to anyone if you can’t keep $20+ in your account avoid Mass Dot.

Just updated my name and address with them! You do need an appointment!! And despite no one ever picking up the phone, they are open! Goodluck to everyone else bc customer service over the phone with EZ Drive is not ez !!
