I can’t say enough good things about this urgent care. It was my husband and I first time here. From the front desk staff all the way to the nurse practitioner they were beyond excellent. They made it a point to really show how much they cared about you which meant the world to us considering you don’t get this type of care at most practices anymore. The nurse practitioner was so kind and caring that I wish she could be my PCP!! I literally loved her. We will only be going to this urgent care from now on. Thank you so much for being so kind.

I see Dr.Frienere and NP Anna I have to say both ladies are absolutely fantastic- so nice,understanding, and intelligent. The establishment though is just not great. Beautiful new building with much potential. The answering staff and front desk is always miserable, i have never walked in that building and seen one of them smiling. They answer the phone like they work in a prison. I can recall twice where i stated to the women on the phone "hey how ya doing" to start up conversation and it was just silence. RUDE. I also work in healthcare working front desk and i wouldn't be caught on my worst day acting like that to my patients absolutely not. This is one of those Primary Care offices that you can never see your doctor either unless you book out several months( NP included). I have an on-going issue with my belly button to much moisture causing a flare up- it has happened in the past ( i have notes from my previous PCP) pictures included hoping i can just get a script due to no appts being available and it wasn't a new issue - the women who replied to me on my chart says " call to make an apt" again no help- no explanation. I have not been to the urgent care however they don't smile either. Can not say much though again as i never been. Wait time is not bad which is a plus.

If you want CARE this is not the place to come. The urgent care is decent but the medical practice is very callous and difficult to work with. During the summer because of vacations you can’t get an appointment for days…usually you have to wait 10-20 minutes past your appointment time…but if you are 10 minutes late they cancel your appointment and force you to reschedule…which means more days of waiting. There are better options everywhere. The convenience offered by the market street location is not worth suffering the poor level of care and customer service.

Worst service I have ever experienced!! Front desk is very rude, and don’t even apologize for their mistakes. Will not be going back to this facility and would not recommend for anyone looking for a new PCP. I work in the medical field and if we ever treated our patients with such disrespect we would not have a job. If you don’t know how to be nice, a front desk job is not for you.

Always loved coming here, since having a lot of new staff it has gone down hill. Given me the run arounds multiple times. My whole family used to go here and once I moved I changed because their communication was out of whack. Then the front desk staff give attitude constantly. Called and the front desk staff wasn’t as helpful. Was going to ask another question and she was annoyed she hung up.

Multiple incidents of them performing incorrect testing, then still expecting compensation for their faults.

Absolute worst they lie and don’t respect patients needs

Worst place ever. No one ever picks up the phone.
