AT&T Store

Jay was extremely friendly, helpful, and patient. I will be referring friends and family to this ATT location as it was super quiet and clean. Jay made our experience so positive. We will be back!

I came into the store today in a panic because I couldn’t make any calls (video or audio) or access the internet. I use my phone solely for my work, so when it stopped working, I was stuck! Thankfully, Jacob came to the rescue. He kindly and calmly explained what might be going on and troubleshooted a bunch of things to be sure. He also realized I was overpaying on my current plan and offered me a new plan that has all of the features I need, but costs less. Awesome!
I really appreciated all the help and for figuring out what was wrong.. you saved the day! :-)

Andraya @ the Lynnfield store was amazingly helpful and patient assisting us with adding an unlocked phone to our plan. A multi-tasker, she chatted with us and greeted other customers while waiting for her computer to update information. She didn’t miss a beat! After everything was all set, Andraya took the extra time and effort to show my niece how to use her two SIM cards correctly. Andraya is A+ !!

I went into this store last week and the experience was beyond phenomenal! Andraya was incredibly helpful and personable. I can’t thank them enough!

I use this store hands down for their customer service. I love being able to have a face to face conversation with a polite associate who follows through, not wait on hold and talk to someone from overseas and struggle to interpret English through an accent. I visited about a week ago to get my bills straightened out. I was in a hurry the night I stopped in after work; while I was waiting I decided that I would try to come back to get my bill straightened out after a purchase a few months ago. The store manager stopped me before I walked out to help me. Seriously, A+ service in the store and cell service. Amari is lovely. So is the manager (I forgot his name). Thanks!

I left Apple in such a bad mood after a rushed terrible experience, and decided to go to AT&T to purchase a glass screen protector. I was greeted kindly upon entering the store by a woman named Andrea, she was very helpful and well mannered it helped me digress and converse so easy as she helped me apply the screen protectors to my children’s phones. She showed how customer service should be done. A male assistant named Joel helped my children pick out phone cases and I greatly appreciated the treatment to my young ones. Overall the experience in this location was very satisfactory. I recommend this location they make you feel as if you known them as it was so easy to communicate. I went in for one thing and found myself buying other items I didn’t even anticipate getting. It was a very comfortable experience. Great atmosphere.

I was lucky and there was no wait at 11am on Memorial Day. I was able to buy a new phone and have all data transferred over in less than an hour. The sales rep did an awesome job helping me through the process which I hadn't done in almost 6 years. She also reviewed the basic features so I could use it immediately.

This was the best phone going experience I have had. I believe his names was, (probably spelling it wrong) he was so patient with me and walking me through the process. I was unprepared so it took 3 hours to get myself a new phone, which was my own fault, but he was kind and so helpful the whole time. Will definitely be coming back in the future!

Glen Corona was exceptional today! He helped me transfer my information from my 2 old phones to the new ones with ease! I spent 2 days doing this at home and he did it in 10 minutes! Absolutely wonderful work and very patient. Thank you!! Best customer service around.

Andraya was amazing! She was so friendly and made everything so easy. I had so many questions about my new watch and phone and she took her time to explain everything and even helped me set then up! Definitely going back to her in the future.

Quinten made the experience of upgrading my mom’s phone simple. He was knowledgeable, kind and helped her with everything for purchasing her phone, plan and accessories. I would highly recommend Quinten and the staff at AT & T at Market Street Lynnfield.

I stopped in to the store about a month ago sporadically to purchase a new iPhone as mine was totally outdated. I dealt with a gentleman there by the name of Antonio and he was exceptionally helpful. He was able to get me the equipment I needed with no hassle and was very accommodating. There was no pressure to purchase anything I didn’t need, which was nice. Obviously people in sales are required to do a little “upselling” here & there but anybody that has a bit of common sense & understanding should know that. That being said, there was never any pressure to acquire things I didn’t need or a plan that didn’t benefit my needs. I would highly recommend this store and specifically Antonio by name.

Amari and AJ were fantastic, made getting a new iPhone super painless and easy. We had plans to go to the Apple store but the wait was too long- glad we ended up here instead. Made me happy to be an AT&T customer. Will recommend going here to anyone!

Amazing service. Super helpful staff. Glen was great. He was training someone who’s name I did not catch but he was doing really well! Store manager was helpful and attentive and made sure I got the best deal possible! Will definitely recommend and come back to this store.

I went into the AT&T store for an upgrade and to check the phones out. The store is clean and the reps there were friendly and welcoming. I worked with Amgad, he was very knowledgeable about the phone features and the plans. If i have to go back into the store I will definitely go back to Lynnfield!

I went to the local AT&T store in Lynnfield mass. Andrea was very helpful and very friendly. She went over my phone plan and help me lower the cost.
She was also very helpful in purchasing a new Apple Watch and activating it for me.great overall experience.

I don’t typically write reviews but the customer service at the AT&T Lynnfield location was so incredible, I felt compelled to write this review. I planned to go to the Apple Store first thing in the morning to buy my daughter a replacement phone. Apple wasn’t allowing anyone in the store without an advance appointment. As I was walking to my car, I noticed the AT&T store. I didn’t realize they opened a store in Lynnfield. I decided to stop in, 45 minutes later I had everything I needed.

Eric assisted me and he made my shopping experience there so pleasant. He was informative, efficient and able to offer me significant monthly savings. I’ve been an AT&T customer for 20 years and this was the best in-store experience I’ve had with them. This is now my go to store going forward. If you’re in the area, stop in, you won’t regret it.

Adonis was very helpful. He was very knowledgeable, professional and easy to talk to. He answered all the questions we had and then some. He was able to accomplish everything we came in for in a seamless way. Great customer service!
