I recently attended an Open House hosted by the Kotlarz Realty Group. There was a listing I was interested in located in Bolton, MA and it was the most professional and well put -together Open House event I've attended.

There was a friendly and knowledgable Buyer's Agent, Cindy Olsen, to greet everyone at the door. She answered many of my questions and took the time to get to know me and what I was looking for. She also followed up with me after the event and was incredibly kind and helpful - she sent the listing information and other details to me via email within 24 hours.

Deb, the listing agent, was on site during the Open House and also answered questions, toured the property, discussed various features with me (and potential upgrades, like an induction stove top) and even went on a search for a laundry chute I discovered in the laundry room in the basement to satisfy my curiosity. She was thoughtful, personable, and kind.

They both spent time connecting with every person that attended the Open House and I really appreciated their genuine approach and the time they spent helping me. There was also a binder on site that listed everything you'd want to know about the property AND the schools, town, etc. AND local attractions, walking trails, and more.

Deb exemplifies all the qualities a real estate agent should possess. She is a true professional and displayed extraordinary competency in selling our condominium. She and her team did a commendable job of showcasing the place via screened in-person showings during the challenging pandemic era.
