Talk about a good storage facility clean well taken care of very friendly staff Michelle and Abe are amazing and very knowledgeable. I recommend this facilty to everyone whos searching for a unit very clean and safe.

The wonderful lady helped me figure out my best option and was very helpful walking me through everything. I know it don't sound like it was that much but I am dealing with 3 storages in different places and I wanted to pick the right one for the price and down size to just one
and she was great and helped me with pricing and everything else.

Great facility and great people! It is conveniently located for coming in from out of town. Michelle is great about returning messages! Any concerns or questions are promptly addressed. They allow for arranging deliveries as well! Highly recommend.

Michelle, the manager was very nice, friendly, professional and helpful. The place is clean. The only problem inside my unit is that is no light 💡. Probably a light bulb bad or some wiring problem

The staff at CubeSmart have been exceptional! Very helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them when we were considering the size of the unit and booking. They have all been very friendly, polite and courteous. They are also good value for money. We will always recommend CubeSmart and always use them as our number one go to for Storage.

Well the whole experience was really easy and convenient. Were you able to book it online and get all the information emailed to us and then all we had to do is show up on the day that I moved and everything fit in perfectly. I can't say if the price is good or not because I haven't really stored anything before but it seems like they're a little bit cheaper than some of the other places but they're all pretty close to the same price for what you get. But I would definitely recommend CubeSmart.

Leo was great, made my moving out process go super smooth even in a rain/hail storm! Loved these units, was all over the states and could rely on the security and friendliness of staff from afar. Never had a problem or issue, even while leaving valuable belongings over winter I worried about mice and dryness but everything was perfectly intact when I got to it in Spring, highly recommend, great pricing as well!

I can't say enough good things about this location and the staff. Hunter was hands down the absolute BEST! He always went above and beyond to really get to know us so he could better meet our needs, and was always both friendly and professional. It's rare to find a business that makes you feel valued as a customer, but Hunter exemplifies what excellent customer service is all about - connecting with people. The work that they put into maintaining the units and keeping them clean is impressive and the location is incredibly convenient - super close to the freeway and major roads. We've used storage units before, but this CubeSmart location at 350 S Redwood Rd, and Hunter have them all beat. Thanks for taking such great care of us and our possessions!
