I just became a patient of Ruby Family Dentistry. I wanted to take a moment to leave a review about how professional and caring they are about there patient's.
Having owning a company myself for 24 year's I was vert impressed with there customer service.

I highly recommend them.

I highly recommend Ruby Dental! I had a gland in my cheek that got infected. The care I was given and shown was by far above normal. They made sure I was seen immediately at the ER and stayed in touch with me to make sure all was going well. That care is not typical in this day and age. THANK YOU RUBY DENTAL 🙏🏻👏🏻

Thankful for finding Ruby Family Dentistry. Dr. Ruby and Dr. Abate go above and beyond for their patients. I have never felt so comfortable and at east at a dentist appointment. They take the time to explain everything, and answer all your questions without any judgement. I also felt very cared for, and did not feel like just a numbered patient. I got a sense of compassion and drive for what they do. The location is great and easy to find with ample amount of parking and ease in finding their office. Their office is also beautiful and clean! All of their staff is kind and friendly including the hygienists! If you are looking for a new family dentist, look no further! Thanks RFD!

Such an amazing experience from everyone in the office! Having someone truly care about how a person looks and feels still exists! My anxiousness was quickly diminished after walking into the Ruby Family Dentistry. They not only listened to how I felt but did every thing they could to ease my worries. From the very first moment they went above and beyond to make sure everything I wanted to happen DID! They don’t settle for ok or good enough. They genuinely strive for perfection (or as absolute as they can get) and proud of what they can do for others. If I could give a million stars for a review I absolutely would. We are traveling through this area on our "bucket list" road trip from Phoenix, AZ, to Bar Harbor, seeing everything we can along the way. Sadly, a dental issue arose, and on a Saturday morning, we were so fortunate to call Ruby Family Dentistry, get an emergency appointment, and be seen this morning! They are open one Saturday a month, so lucky for us! Talk about grateful and fortunate... we are! We called, arrived, were greeted by Lydia and Dr. Ruby, and immediate felt at ease. They are the NICEST people ever!!! When you're far from home and have a dental issue, it's nerve-wracking. Being here, in this office, has put us at ease. We feel safe and cared for. Dr. Ruby and his staff are wonderful human beings. Their level of dental care is excellent, and their patient care is too. You're in good hands in this practice. We'd continue to go here, but it's quite a drive from AZ!

I recently had two complex dental procedures that I needed to undergo and I was terrified. Within minutes of walking into the office Dr. Abate and Dr. Ruby allayed my fears. These very competent professionals handled the work deftly and painlessly and treated me with great compassion. Everyone I came in contact with was friendly and helpful. I was fortunate to have chosen Ruby Family Dentistry and I am recommending them to all of my family and friends.

A very friendly and collegial atmosphere. The communication before and after appointments is very thorough. Ruby's doctors are exceptionally detailed in discussing your dental goals, needs, and future.

Today was my first office visit. I had previously talked on the phone with the VERY HELPFUL and PLEASANT front desk. The staff is efficient and friendly. Very accommodating to people with busy schedules. Even more impressive was the dentist herself. She was so knowledgeable and allowed me to make my own decisions. I could have stayed all day 😄!!

I recently had an urgent dental issue and was in dire need of immediate care. Despite my last-minute visit, they graciously accepted me right away. The entire staff was incredibly accommodating, ensuring my comfort and addressing my concerns with empathy. Dr. Michelle Abate treated my emergency with utmost precision and care. She made all my worries disappear in an instant. I am immensely grateful for their prompt and exceptional service, and I wholeheartedly recommend Ruby Family Dentistry for their outstanding staff and exceptional care.

Dr.Ruby and Dr.Abate have been nothing short of incredible. As someone who had serious anxiety about dentists, I can honestly say they have made me feel more comfortable than I ever have.
I have recently had a few issues where I needed an appointment in a pinch and they always made sure I had an appointment in a very timely fashion that worked for me.
I would recommend Ruby Family Dentistry to anyone looking for a dentist. They make you feel like family as soon as you walk in. They are also incredibly caring and thorough, making sure you understand each step along the way. Everyone is great from the front desk staff, assistants and of course the dentists.

My husband, daughter and I just switched over to Ruby Dentistry and they are awesome. The hygienist was very thorough, front desk was very accommodating. Highly recommend!

As a long-time patient of the now-retired, wonderful Dr. Carolyn Madison, I didn't think it would be possible for me to be fully satisfied with the new owners of her practice . However, after several visits to Dr. Ruby and Dr. Abate Ruby, I can honestly say that they are just as wonderful. They are extremely respectful and kind, in addition to being excellent clinicians who explain with care -- in plain English -- exactly what they're doing, and why.
If you happen to require several procedures, they are happy to work with you on an affordable "strategic plan," tackling one at a time in order of importance.

Most of Dr. Madison's terrific staff have stayed on through the transition to Ruby Family Dentistry, and they provide welcome continuity. They have kept the office humming along in their familiar, friendly, professional way.

I highly recommend this practice to all-- young and old. Dr. Ruby and Dr. Abate Ruby, who met in dental school at UConn, are delightful people and their patients are in very capable hands. I feel fortunate that Dr. Madison found such perfect replacements!

Having been a 30+ year (since my baby teeth!) patient of the now retired, Dr. Madison, I couldn't be happier with the transition to Dr Abate and Ruby. Both are incredibly nice, provide care, and made my feel comfortable upon entering the office. My first visit Dr. Ruby cleaned my teeth and provided lots of details during his process. My 2nd visit, the hygienist did a thorough and great job cleaning my teeth with an exam from Dr. Abate. You can't forget Brenda at reception who's always welcoming and easy to schedule with! Highly recommend!

Ruby family dentistry exceeded my expectations with their professionalism and caring nature starting at the receptionist desk during booking right up to meeting both Dr. Ruby and his wife, also a dentist within the practice. This practice exudes what family dentistry should be. They made my switch to a new dentist office simple and within minutes of entering the practice it reminded me of what a professional dental office is and one that strives to meet patient expectations.

I've always hated going to the dentist. We made a plan to address some problem teeth. They were caring, kind, compassionate and stayed within a budget that was comfortable to me. I felt no pain at all and had a great experience. I could tell they really take pride in their work, my teeth look fantastic. Other places I've gone, just have you in, throw in a filling, regardless of how it looks and off you go. They definitely took the time to make my fillings look almost unnoticeable! I couldn't be more happy, they are the BEST!!!

So happy I decided to take a chance with a new dental office after not going in for a cleaning in over 2 years. I am someone who avoids the dentist at all costs but when something urgent came up Ruby Family Dentistry welcomed me in right away. It was immediately obvious I was in the hands of very passionate, knowledgeable, and FRIENDLY dentist! My worries melted away and I actually decided to book a routine 6 month cleaning which I never do! The office was easy to get to, clean, and comfortable. Every staff member I encountered was positive and easy to understand. I wish I could give this team 11/10 stars. Highly recommend!
