I got my custom made closet with Closets by Design.
Ashley the designer came and designed my project. She designed a smart closet . Because I have very small bedroom.
The installer come and installed my closet.
At the end I wasn’t too happy with few details.
I took pictures, emailed them and they called me.
They offered me a solution which I accepted.
Today the installer come and finish the job and everything looks great.
It’s not a 100% like I wanted, but that is because my walls and floors are not level straight.
But the results are amazing and look so much better.
I really appreciate their effort in making sure I was satisfied .

I absolutely love my closet design by Eva Santiago. She took all the guesswork out for me and her plan and suggestions were perfect. She was punctual, friendly, responsive, and lovely to work with. I can’t be more happier with the end result. Also the installation was smooth and timely and it only took a month from design to installation to complete. I highly suggest using Closets by Deaign.

We had an extremely positive experience. Everyone was helpful, friendly, polite, starting with the scheduler I spoke with initially. The designer who came out to help me plan was incredibly insightful, a joy to chat with. She came up with a wonderful design and called into the main office to schedule the install for me. A few days before the installation I got a confirmation call, and that caller was also incredibly helpful and friendly. Our awesome design was then implemented by 2 very friendly, professional installers who worked quickly and efficiently, and then cleaned up afterwards. We are so happy with our new pantry! Start to finish, an excellent experience, I highly recommend working with Closets By Design!

The designer who visited our home came up with great ideas about how to better use our space. She gave us drawings of her proposal and within about five weeks our wall-mounted units were installed. We are delighted with the quality. The cost was very reasonable.

Eva Santiago from Closets by Design was great to work with. She spent the time to explain all of our options and understood our needs to give us the storage solution we were looking for. The installation process was great too. The installer was on time, efficient, and left the work area clean.

From the design process to the installation, everything was better than expected. My designer spent all the time that I needed to design the closet to my specifications. The two gentleman that installed the closet were professional, respectful, and kind. The closet looked perfect. I could not have been happier with this whole experience. I even contacted the company and told them that the installers deserve a raise and were the best I’ve ever seen.

We absolutely love our closet! Tricia Enos did an amazing job designing a closet that fit our needs perfectly. It is gorgeous! Our installer, Eugenio, did a fantastic job installing. Everyone we dealt with was very professional, the product is high quality, and we couldn’t be happier with the results!

I am very happy with my office/ study bookcases! I didn't like something. My fault, I went too big in one area. In 4 days and some extra money it was fixed. The 2 installers were absolutely great.

So delighted with my new organized closets and storage spaces. Closet designer listened to what I was looking for and designed the perfect systems for each closet and storage area. The installers were also excellent in their workmanship (including cleaning up after installation) and professionalism. I highly recommend them!

We were so lucky to get Rosana as our designer. She did a great job, and was very responsive whenever I sent questions to her, even when she was on vacation out of the country. And since she was in the neighborhood when the installation was being done, she dropped by and gave me advice on where to hang which types of clothing.

Tom was our installer, and he also did a great job. He worked with me to make sure everything was where I wanted it and even wiped down everything when he was done. I highly recommend them both.

From the first visit, the entire experience was completely exactly what I was expecting. Excellent service, excellent quality write from the sales person to the installer. They were great. 1200% use them again.

I highly recommend this company & solution. They were referred to us by a friend who had a great experience. Ours was as well. From the initial Sales Rep visit/consultation.to the final install…..they were GREAT. They really took the time to review our needs and proposed an honest solution. Didn't try to oversell us at all. I would use them again in a second if needed.

All my needs and requests were taken into account by Mia during the design phase and we got the closet system we needed.
Installers arrived (on time) on the agreed date and install went well. One minor issue was dealt
with and resolved quickly.

This week Closets by Design completed my new closet design. Simply fantastic and exactly to order! It started off with a free consultation by designer Ms. T, which was detailed and thorough. It took about 3 hours only because we had a very particular closet configuration. Ms.T created detailed drawings as well as 3D renderings and did a fantastic job listening to what we needed and made designs that were practical and desirable. She made several modifications in the design phase to accommodate a last minute change of mind. Ms. T flexibility and great communication style made this process very easy from start to finish. All options were presented in a clear way, and if price was an issue, the company did their best to accommodate us. Look online, there are often specials! The installation took two days and installers ensure that every detail is covered. The whole process from design to install was about 5-6 weeks. Our walk-in closet is no longer cluttered! Nothing is on the ground anymore!

We could not be happier with our new custom closets by Closets by Design! Our designer, Ashley LaRochelle, was an absolute pleasure to work with. She listened to the issues we were having with our current his and hers walk-in closets and designed plans for us both that completely exceeded our expectations. Ashley was professional, knowledgeable and clearly loves what she does. We did discover an issue with one of the closets before installation which Ashley took care of immediately. Our installer, Colin, was also a pleasure. He was on time, took meticulous care of protecting our floors and belongs while hauling everything in during a nor’easter. When he finished the installation he showed us how to adjust the shelving and rods. He took his time to make sure everything was perfect. Thank you Ashley and Colin for your professionalism and for taking such good care of making sure everything met our expectations.

We met with a couple different closet designers and were very impressed with the time the representative, Toni, at Closets by Design took to design our three spaces so they were personalized to our wants/needs! You get more for your $! Although we had to wait 3 months for installation it was worth the end result. The installer, Jeremy, knows what he’s doing and did a fabulous job making our dream closets come to life. The first day, Tabatha, helped Jeremy and together they were organized, clean, and efficient. We are so glad we chose this company over the others who took less time and sent digital layouts that weren’t impressive.
