Shopping for a car at this dealership was a great experience. My wife was in need of a car, and our Salesman Marty provided an excellent experience. He covered all the major "check points" that were important to my wife with purchasing a vehicle. The staff were awesome as well. Even the finance gentleman made the signing "your life away process " painless and sort of enjoyable by providing the best options. He was very friendly and understanding the consumer side with purchasing a vehicle. Providing great clarity on why it was important to have vehicle protection. We were one of the last customers in the building and never felt rushed at all (3hrs after they closed ... probably because we had like 10 prepaid cards and 3 Xmas gift cards and one Amazon gift card to try to purchase this vehicle🤦🏾‍♂any who). The financial gentleman and Marty went and got snacks for us. I haven't had a party mix in so long and it was great!!. Thanks again, Marty, and ( sorry, I couldn't think of the finance guy name but he was the sharpest guy with a suit) and Lexus for providing an outstanding service. Please continue your outstanding service with people who care about the product just as much as they care about the people purchasing the product. Koons was able to get my mothers car in the same day we called when her Lexus had brake troubles while visiting from MA. They stayed 2 hours late desperately trying to fix the problem. George were very flexible with allowing us to take a loaner home and did his best to give us the best price possible. He even let me bring my dog into the dealerships waiting room while hey were trying to fix the problem.

Kia Turner is the absolute best car sales women. She managed to get my sister exactly what she wanted. If looking to join the Lexus Family, she's definitely who you need to see! With no pressure at all!
