My wife and I bought 2 different Chevrolets from NuCar, the sales team and finance team were incredible to work with. No pressure and listened to what we needed/wanted. We've also continued to bring our vehicles for service and have had no complaints. Overall a great dealership with great people.

I’m incredibly pleased with the quality of service provided to me recently and I highly recommend Nucar Mazda Service Department. Clean, comfortable waiting room, super easy scheduling an appointment, very friendly staff and reasonable prices. I was impressed with their honesty regarding any repairs I’d need in the future. There were no scare tactics used to have work done ‘right away’ and I was provided a repair estimate so I would know what my cost would be.

I bought a Tahoe from Nucar and simply couldn't have been happier with the experience. They have a very friendly sales staff that's patient with questions, and accommodating with reasonable hospitality like bottles of water. It's refreshing because they don't use a bunch of cheesy tactics or gimmicks, and they don't attack you as soon as you step on the lot. Their prices are very fair, and the vehicles they sell are among the cleanest I could find in a four state area. I was also extremely impressed that they treated my wife with just as much respect as they did me (unlike other dealers that didn't even acknowledge her). Even that dreaded moment with they had to "get the manager", the manager presented himself very professionally, never tried to pressure me, and was courteous to my wife and I the entire time. When I saw the sales order for the first time, it was EXACTLY what had been discussed. Not a single undisclosed fee on the order!!! The car is great, but the experience was just that...an experience that I'll enjoy sharing with friends and family for a long time. Nucar has earned a customer in me, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a car.

Took my son to new car to purchase a car the salesman did such a great job. He also did some suggestive selling an enticing me to purchase a car and I did and I'm glad. WOW. The service was outstanding. Went in for an oil change but leaving my house I got a mail in my tire. No problem for them to add tire service. The guy who waited on me was so pleasant. I was out of there so quickly I couldn't believe it. WOW the best service ever received from any place.

Their service department is excellent. The girl Crystal that I worked with help me along with every step of the process and kept me very informed what was going on. And they even came in under estimated quote.

I like visiting there for my Mazda maintenance service appointments. There is one personnel who is really personable, knowledgeable and professional. He's really great. The other staff are just there for a paycheck.

I get my car serviced hear. Excellent service. The waiting room is clean with free wawa coffee. There are low price vending machines and clean restrooms. Love this place.
