My whole experience from ease of setting my appointment (and their follow up and reminders of this appointment) to the actual visit has
restored my faith in the healthcare system. I could go on and on about all the personnel I encountered there from the receptionist, to the drs. assistant and dr., but I will sum it up by saying that the Dermatology Associates of Concord do healthcare right! So much so that I am looking forward to my follow up visit with them. John Shields

I've seen Laura Helsing, PA-C a few times recently and she is very professional and also very nice. Takes time to explain. Her medical assistant is also very nice! Would definitely recommend this practice

Laura did a very thorough skin cancer screening. I was seen by her a month previous to screening for a lesion over my eyelid. She explains well. I will request her from now on. Very Pleased.

I went in to the office because of a medical issue that other Doctor's recommended I see a Dermatologist for. I met with Laura Heling PA-C. She was very through and asked many questions to get the whole picture of what was happening with my health. We discussed what could be happening to my skin as the result of another event happening to my body. She was very professional as was her assistant. They made me feel comfortable and confident in their actions.

Due to a mix up in scheduling we had to get our appointment changed. I spoke to Carolyn and she was able to do some magic and get my wife and I rescheduled before we were going out of town for the winter. She was very understanding and responsive. Great service. Thank you Carolyn!!!

it was a pleasure to meet and be treated by dr. laura helsing and her staff. i always go to concord dermatology every year because i've caught a lot of sun over the years between work and golf.

I had a chemical peel with Nadia, the office's medical esthetician. Nadia was incredibly nice, knowledgeable. She made sure I was comfortable during the treatment and explained the process to me before and during. The then also took lots of care to make sure I understood the aftercare procedure. Plus, the results were fantastic! I would recommend Nadia for peels and any other service. Thank you Nadia!

I was very impressed with Sarah Michaud NP. She spent time explaining in detail how medication works best.
What really made me feel confident that I made the best decision in choosing Dermatology Associates Of Concord were the follow up phone calls and messages from her staff. The medical assistants offered multiple solutions and continued to follow up to make sure I felt comfortable with my medication regimen. This made me feel I mattered as a patient with Dermatology Associates Of Concord.
I am SO happy I chose this office and cannot recommend Sarah Michaud enough along with her staff.

Sarah Michaud was extremely helpful and I would highly recommend her. She diagnosed the issue quickly and her prescribed treatment solved the problem. Outstanding communication skills, she listened to and understood my concerns. She clearly explained what needed to be done and the expected time it would take and things went according to plan. I have no hesitation in recommending her to other patients

*Edit: I just wanted to update my review to note that the concerns I had mentioned about their billing system have been addressed (thank you!). Their office called me and left a very nice voicemail to say thanks for the review and flagging the issues with the billing system, and that they took care of them. I really appreciate the follow-up, and I think it's just more evidence that this is a really great and responsive office. (My apologies for not calling back, I'm in Kenya at the moment!).

There is a lot to like about this office. For one, they run a tight ship and I've never waited more than 15-20 minutes to see the doctor (including time in the waiting room and time with the assistant checking me in). I really appreciate that their office is respectful of patients' schedules; sadly that's not the case in a lot of doctor offices.

Two, the doctors there take the time to listen to your concerns and answers your questions. I've never felt rushed through an appointment. Compared to other places, I've waited one hour to see the doctor, only to have them rush in, spend three minutes speed talking at me and interrupting me as I try to ask questions, and then leave. (And then of course charge me a good chunk of change for the three minutes I saw them). I've had several appointments at Dermatology Associates and they've always been on time, and the assistants and the doctors always took the time to answer my questions and explain different options to me.

Three, the doctor is pretty clear about the costs of different treatment options, which I appreciate, and they will work with you to find a pharmacy that offers discounts if you don't have the best insurance. I've also never felt pushed to pursue one treatment option over the other, but instead felt like the doctor took the time to lay out the costs and benefits of each one.

Really great office with great doctors, highly recommend.

I saw Dr. Adam Brys here at DAC. He was excellent. My primary-care doc had noticed a spot on my arm and sent me to him for a closer look. It turned out to be a basal cell carcinoma and we had caught it early. Dr. Brys biopsied it smoothly and later removed the edge that looked suspicious under the microscope. Both treatments were quick and painless. He also spotted and preemptively checked a second spot he noticed. That one was benign but again, the treatment was quick, painless and thoroughly professional. His assistant was also very polished and knowledgeable. In short, I received great care and unreservedly recommend DAC / Dr. Brys for any dermatological issues you might have.

I just wanted to give a special shout out to Dr Carolyn Levine of Dermatology Associates in Concord. Not only is she conscientious and very knowledgeable, she is warm and personable in her patient/client interactions. She is very proactive and thorough in her full body skin checks and I will be forever grateful that she diagnosed and treated a melanoma that was barely visible to me.

Their aesthetics team is beyond phenomenal & Dr Deignan is one of the kindest, wisest, smartest doctors I have ever met. She is simply an absolute blessing! You cannot go wrong by going here for cosmetic or medical care, you will always be in good hands.

This place, and all it's practitioners, are fantastic. They have always been thorough, kind, attentive, helpful, clear, and never make me feel like they're rushing me through to get to the next patient. They've been able to help me even when my PCP was stumped. Best practice in the area, hands down!

I've had an excellent experience with this practice, Dr. Perkins and Sarah Michaud (new PA) in particular. Dr. Perkins is extremely knowledgeable, attentive, and clear with information and options. I love working with her.
Sarah Michaud is a very impressive PA, new to the practice, who made the transition with Dr. Perkins seamless today. She too is knowledgeable, and has great communication skills and follow-through. She is fantastic to work with, and an outstanding addition to the practice!

The new aesthetician team is amazing! They are helping me feel comfortable with my skin after 11 years of struggling for a smooth complexion.
