Joey, Matt and the whole team at New England Tire are very helpful, courteous and professional. I have done multiple repair jobs there and they go above and beyond. On occasions they performed repair work without any additional fees. I highly recommend New England Tire Car Care Center.

Joey and the whole staff at NE Tire Center were extremely helpful to me this past weekend. My wife and I were on Route 495 heading to New York for a family vacation...and my car engine gave out. Triple-A got us to New England Tire Care Center and the staff there diagnosed the problem and although the vehicle could not be saved, they assisted in getting me to Enterprise to rent a vehicle. They were understanding and patient while we were stressed to the max. That kind of "bedside manner" is rare and I thoroughly appreciate their efforts on our behalf. Thanks again, guys.

I was in town for a concert and unfortunately ended up with a flat tire 170 miles from home. New England Tire not only had my low profile tire in stock, they gave me an AMAZING price and squeezed me in early enough so that I could get back on the road home safely. The two young fellows who greeted us as soon as we walked in the door were super friendly and our short time in the waiting room was relaxed and comfortable. They made an anxiety inducing situation seem A-OK and not that big of a deal. Thank you SO much again!!!

Always have a great experience here. They are reasonably priced, honest, and don't upsell or try and charge you for things you don't need. They are usually able to get me in quickly, and do a great job explaining the cause and options. I've recommended others go here, and they too have had great experiences. Will continue being a customer here, and highly recommend.

I ordered a wheel & tire package from Tire Rack, and New England Tire installed them for me and provided an alignment. Prices were fair and service was friendly and quick. They helped load my other tires into the car and took good care of both sets of wheels.

Fixed my car for an honest price, quickly & made pickup/drop off easy. The gentleman that helped me was very kind and helpful. I didn’t feel scammed like I do at many mechanics.

Okay, these guys are awesome! I put my car in for new brakes, rotors, an oil change, and all 4 tires replaced. I was able to apply for financing, and the guy, Matt, was able to assist me in making sure my new account could pay for my service. Meanwhile, I went in at 1pm and was out by 330pm! Not only were they fast, but while I was there, they were taking people in without appointments! Even better is while I was there, people would drop their cars off, and when they were ready, an employee who was working here went out of their way to pick the customer up and brought them to pick up their car! Now THAT'S service!! If you are lucky enough to receive their circular in the mail, use whatever offers they give you!

I have used New England Tire for basic car repairs and maintenance and also for purchase and care of tires. They are professional and quick to assess and share information and options. I have found that all of the staff are friendly and helpful but a special shout-out to Danny, who always seems to be in the garage when I drive up to have my tires checked and inflated. Even on the coldest days, first thing in the morning, or right before closing, he is friendly, efficient, and reassuring, taking the time to let me know how my tires look and when they might be due for rotating or replacement. Thank you, New England Tire!

For what it's worth, I don't usually trust mechanics. I have been coming to New England Tire of Mansfield for 3+ years now and I trust them completely because I have never received anything but outstanding service.

Joey, Matt, and the rest of the team go above and beyond to make sure the customer is satisfied. I can't say enough good things about these guys: honest, thorough, professional to a T. They keep you in the loop every step of the way and allow you to make an informed decision.

I have never felt they pushed anything unnecessary on me, and the few times I have spent $1,000+ on a big job, I later received $20 vouchers in the mail good towards my next visit, which is a nice way they show their appreciation. I tell everyone I know to come here.

The best tire shop in Southern MA. All the guys here are equally awesome! Best to make an appt before going. I've had 3 cars serviced here so far.

Excellent service, courteous, respectful and prompt. Greeted at the door, felt welcomed, very accommodating waiting area with tv and chairs. They checked my vehicle and diagnosed the problem, came out and discussed it with me and fixed it quickly. They honor their scheduled reservations and have a great business. Highly recommend over those "big name" tire shops. I'll be back for sure!

Excellent experience here. I have used a small shop mechanic previously until he just retired and in an emergency had to go here. I was wary about chain-store repair garages but this place was great. They worked hard to get me going again on short notice. Work was well done (yeah a little pricey but most places like this are). The mechanic took the time to talk to me about an issue and was pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. The guy at the front desk (Joey?) was pleasant, professional and worked hard to accomodate me on short notice. It's all about customer service. Well run place. I'll be back!

Took my car for an oil change. Friendly staff, clean waiting area with coffee, water, television, and comfortable chairs while you wait. Reasonably priced. Will definitely be back.

I came in last minute before a road trip to get new tires and an alignment. The staff was very pleasant and assured me it would be done well before my trip (in a day and a half). My car was ready to go in less than a day, and they checked my oil just to be on the safe side before I hit the road. Overall a very pleasant experience and would highly recommend if you need a reliable team to take care of the vehicle that takes care of you!
