Amazing variety of flavours, kind service, and an actual sugar free ice cream option that was really good! Not listed on the menu so ask for it.

I love visiting this ice cream store it’s quality product with a great staff. I especially fond of the owner and watching him teaching kids/employees responsibility and manners. It’s a quality lost nowadays and he certainly refuses to let it die.
Kindness and work ethic Exist at this establishment.

My experience at Cows Rock was fantastic! First, I was warmly greeted by the scooper. I asked the polite scooper what he suggests. He told me to try Maine Black Bear and it was the best ice cream flavor I every had and it was the best scoop too. He Also as soon as I walked in I noticed how clean and good it smelled inside. I saw some blonde kid who was cleaning the shop nonstop. All of the employees seem to be nonstop hard workers and very nice people. Furthermore, they have the best hot fudge!! I suggest this ice cream store because of the wide range of ice cream flavors and kind staff!

An ice cream shop haunted by ghosts ?!?!? Went here, a random google search for ice cream late one October night. In a tiny, quiet, old area of North Andover. The Ice cream was REALLY good, and they make their very own hot fudge sauce using pure chocolate (and also dip their cones in it i think)!!, don't go here without trying it! Also, something was verrrrrry spooky about the place as nice as it was, a VIBE I got, lol. Then.... I found out that it is the same house/location of a witch who was hung long ago. Mary Parker was her name (Google search it!) VERY creepy :P Of course you can't tell, because it's a cute, cozy ice cream spot and the owner and workers are very friendly. So, overall, a great place to take your family, Or go solo. Or, ghost hunters as well ??!!! :) You would have to go there, if you dare, and see for yourself if you detect any strange spooky vibes, orrrrrr if it's just a normal, ghost free spot, and enjoy ice cream while doing so. Great little ice cream place and I love Richardson’s ice cream so you can’t go wrong coming here! I also brought my client’s small dog with me when getting my frappe today and the woman at the counter was very friendly and didn’t mind! Definitely would recommend!

Got the small black raspberry ice cream with jimmies and a cake batter ice cream. For $10 2 small cups really convenient price and friendly staff.

Amazing place to get a nice and cool ice cream bowl. There are various types of flavors, and it doesn’t get you thirsty! Could improve the cleanliness of the place though.

I love the ice cream there, and they provide generous servings for the price. Plus, they have my favorite in stock, black raspberry, and sprinkled with jimmies... yum!

They have an outdoor window at the back of the building in case you don't know. I got the vanilla frap mixed with hot fudge. Very very good.

First time went with my daughter..we had pastacio ice cream..the best we ever had...service is amazing 😋

We stopped by after a hike in the Boxford Wildlife Sanctuary and picked up a Banana Split Frappe. It may have been the long hike, but my god was that good, I wish I bought two.

Great place to go to get Richardson's ice cream. They now serve coffee/tea for your Morning commute and have delicious sandwiches.

Went with my wife and son and got 3 ice creams for 15 total. I thought it was a bit expensive at first but they give you a ton! Also.. no one licks it. I'm looking at you blue bell.

They have every flavor I like! It is so good there I want to go in he winter! 10/10 would recommend!!!
