I purchased a 2020 Silverado 2500 from them a week ago. Jen Tracey was my sales professional and she was great. She was very helpful and willing to run around as needed. I actually interacted with multiple people there for the 3 times I went to look at trucks. First was Chris, the general manager who got me started until Jen was available. Other times was another gentleman, which I never got his name but he and I chatted about the truck in general while Jen was chasing done some information I asked to see. Then finally Travis in finance, who was good because he liked to tell jokes to try and lighten the amount of work to complete the paperwork. I would recommend Station GMC for anyone interested in acquiring another vehicle and Jen would be great to work with if she is available.

I just purchased a 2024 GMC Terrain from Station GMC. The experience was so good, from the time I walked in the door. I was greeted by Jen Tracey, who was very pleasant. She listened to my wish list and had my trade in appraised that day. We took a test drive in a car similar to what I wanted. Although they did not have the exact car for me in stock, Jen was able to locate one.
The whole trade and purchase took a couple of days and I am now in my new car.
I would definitely recommend Jen to friends and family if they are looking for a car. Jen has been there to answer questions even after the deal was completed. I'm very happy with Station GMC and their staff.

The service team went above and beyond as usual. I stopped to make an appointment and they took my truck right away. Same day service! Dropped me at my home and had the vehicle done in just a few hours. Brakes, filters, oil change and tire rotation!! This is why I keep coming back! Well done 👍

Recently I took my truck to the local gmc dealer central gmc, And felt I was being taken advantage of. I was quoted almost 2000$ for something my warrenty should have covered. I ate the 200ish$ diag fee and then brought my truck to station GMC, where are Ernesto was my service advisor. He was excellent in dealing with my frustration of the other dealer, working the multiple issue's that kept arising with the truck, middle manning the extended warranty company that was also be very uncooperative but getting everything covered with my warranty! My overall experience at station gmc was very good and I'll be returning to them opposed to be taken advantage of by a closer dealer. I'll also be requesting to deal with Ernesto directly in the future when returning as I had zero complaints with his service and even answered/responded to my calls/text in his personal time.

We went to the dealership knowing we needed a new water pump. Our truck was carefully looked over and found the problem. We have a great warranty so almost everything was covered, fixed, and returned within a day. We only trust GMC Mansfield with repairs and safety of our family vehicle.

Jen was great to deal with. It was a very fast transaction as i had places to be and she got me out the door in less than 3hrs which is unheard of at a dealership.

I had an appointment for a oil change I was unable to make it. I was called into work for an emergency I inform the service department of my situation and was told when I get back they would get me in and have the vehicle serviced the same day and they were able to perform it thank you
