Adams' Rib & Grille

I highly recommend supporting these two small very new businesses. Both are owned and operated by good, hard-working customer service oriented people. A day of drinking and cheesesteaks with Amigo Dan ended with a Adams’ Rib & Grille brisket sandwich taken to Hangman brewing. I highly recommend Adams’ brisket (not a sandwich so much) and cheesecake. At Hangman’s I got the daily draft special. This day it was a dark porter, very yummy.

Do yourself a favor and try this place if you haven’t; it is soooooo good!! I drive +30 mins to get here because this is what BBQ, ribs, pulled pork, brisket, etc. should taste like… & the sides are amazing, too!!

Just picked up my food from here and didn’t even make it out of the parking lot without having to stop and try a little of everything. This maybe the best brisket I’ve ever had. No other way to describe it. The wings were recommended and are so good! Both the wings and pork ribs are fall off the bone tender. The cornbread is perfect too. Don’t sleep on this place, this is some of the best BBQ I’ve had. I was only there briefly picking up the order but everyone was incredibly welcoming!

I was in DE for a visit and decided to stop in for a meal. Ordered 2meats & 2sides. Brisket was ON POINT, pieces were thick, chunky and pulled apart EASY.... seasoned just right. A large piece of fish prepared perfectly.. 2 thumbs up for both sides (Greens/Mac & cheese). The topper was something I had not planned on... Cornbread.. Moist with a hint of sweetness.

Went for the first time today. Always drove past and saw many cars out front. Made me want to try them myself. We got ribs, brisket and pulled pork. Everything was AMAZING! So tender, just the right amount of sauce and seasonings. I was very impressed with the quality of the meat. I also tried the greens and Mac n cheese. Both were very good. I can’t say enough about this place. Loved everything about it! Will be back again and again.

Absolute best fish sandwich in Delaware. Light Crispy batter. Tasty ! The people are so friendly. My coworker’s BBQ was equally as good. Fall off the bone ribs & chicken. Definitely some of the best BBQ around.

Food is amazing. I don’t know what that goofy that gave this place a 1 star is smoking, but it must be that loud. The food here is fresh, portion size is more than adequate and the prices are low in my opinion. Hey I get you can’t win them all and how easily you could mistake a stomach bug for food poisoning but that dudes review is crazy. Also if you look at their other reviews, they hate we soul food bbq places. Weird.

Our first time ordering tonight! The staff was extremely friendly! Had the ribs and pulled pork they where incredible flavor and tenderness! Also ordered the smoked wings and they are to die for the flavor is incredible! Will definitely be back!

I needed some good comfort food tonight and didn't feel like cooking. Well, Adam's connected with my inner desire to be sufficiently satisfied. My husband and I shared a platter together just to do a taste test. I wish I had ordered my own. So glad they have chosen to open in our area. I wish them much success! We will be ordering again!

I heard about this place from several friends so i decide to drive down from Philly [ Southwest ]. i ordered the smoked wings and my son wanted a rib platter. we had collard greens yams, potato salad, and mac and cheese, as i drove back to Philly them aroma from the food was filling my car i felt and aurora coming on, if i pulled over {I95} one of the platter was going to come up short. the smoked wings were awesome, my son loved the ribs. we will be back

It was above expectations.
The ribs, the chicken and the brisket!! I loved all the sides, the collard greens were amazing.
Definitely going back to try the wings! So happy I finally went after hearing so many good things about it.

Food was amazing! I had fish and fries and hubby had ribs, mac n cheese and sweet potatoes. Ribs were tender, and were so delicious (couldn't stop eating them). Everything was delicious. We will definitely be back!

Just ate their food for the first time, was really good. The wings fell off the bone, not sure when the last time I've had that happen on wings. The Mac and cheese was really tasty. Was worried if the price was going to be worth it, and it is. If you are looking for good bbq around here, they have it. Thanks

The food was really good. Only I didn't care for the sweet potatoes, the vanilla and/or nutmeg makes it taste like pie filling. I still gave it 5 stars because of how good the potato salad was. I will definitely order again.

We ordered for the first time tonight and we could not be happier!!! Everything was perfection!!! St. Louis ribs, collard greens, pulled pork, each was better than the next! Oh and the smoked wings are to die for!!!!! ♥♥♥♥

Food was amazing. I’m very glad all the sides are vegetarian (hard to find at a lot of bbq places) and my husband loved his brisket sandwich. Owner was very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend!

Adam's ribs and grille has updated their menu, I gave it 5 stars because it was deserving. It's not many small businesses at this date and age that handles situations with professionalism. Food was good but the owner made it pleasant. Sometimes it's not only the food but customer satisfaction is a win for me flat out .

Store is located behind arby's drive thru near a cigarette outlet. I had the 2 meats 2 sides. fish and pulled pork(generous portion) and mac& cheese/baked beans. Beans were a little spicy(alright with me) everything was good. I just wish I asked for rolls for the pork. I ordered through doordash picked it up and got a 10% discount. I will be back.😊

First time here I tried the rib platter with Mac and cheese and green beans along with cornbread! I can’t wait to come back! It was delicious wasn’t sure what to expect, but hey they were good! Ate so fast didn’t even get a chance to take pictures of it! Thanks for the good food!
