Tradehome Shoes

I’ve recently had some foot pain and saw that people were raving over Hokas and how comfortable they were. So, I went in and was just casual shopping when Chad stopped me and asked what I was looking for and I explained my situation. He proceeded to explain to me the very thing that was causing my issues and how to correct it with certain types of shoes. He went into detail on each pair of shoe he brought out for me to try on. He helped me narrow down my choices to the perfect pair while simultaneously teaching me about the science of each shoe shape and style. I had originally gone in to try out the Bondi Hokas but ended up leaving with the Gaviotas because of him. He even showed me some shoe insoles that would assist with the correction even more. He was incredibly smart and respectful and needless to say he went above and beyond with helping me and i’ll be back to do more shopping with them!!

John, the assistant manager, has helped me with both my in running shoes! He offers great advice and is super personable. I appreciate the great service!

Really good store and the young man with glasses there ( I am sorry i don not know his name ) is a great salesman so nice and I would buy from him even if I do not need a new shoes.

Adrian was extremely helpful and took all the time I needed to get properly fitted. I’d been wearing the wrong size all my life and he’s the first person to tell me!

I was three months out from foot surgery, still struggling to walk without pain. I Limped in to trade home shoes (doc recommend) and actually WALKED out of the store. Came home and set my patio up for summer. THANKS CARA. You guys walk bowling green back to a better way of living. 😎

We looked everywhere for Hoka shoes. My spouse is difficult to fit & we went to several stores who claimed to have them only to find out they didn't actually have them. Not so at Trade Home- they had a great selection & people who were very helpful. They measured his foot, gave him 8 different choices, and offered an insert to help with fascitis. We left satisfied with our purchase. We won't shop anywhere else!

Owner/manager provided us with the best customer service we have had in a very long time. Spent an hour making sure my wife had exactly what she wanted and needed to keep her feet healthy while working out. Very knowledgeable about the brands in the store and what was best for her routine. No more fallen arches nor knee pain while running.

Excellent service!
We were looking specifically for HOKA Shoes. Unlike many others, they didn't claim to have them on the internet only to discover they didn't actually have them-- lots of HOKAs to choose from & they personally measured us to ensure we got the right fit/model. My partner is difficult to fit, so they offered a specialized insert that helped.
I may never shop for shoes anywhere else after this!

Salesman was good! My husband wanted to look at their shoes. I was not even shopping for me. Ended up purchasing a $150 pair of shoes for me and my husband got a pair for him. Way to go guy. Hope you got a decent commission for our purchase. You deserve it for sure!

Awesome service and products. The salesperson took time to show me some really good dress shoes and suggested a pair of Tommy Bahama shoes. My new favorite shoes. Will make a special trip to shop at Tradehome shoes again.
