I had a wonderful experience working with Kris! She helped my mom and I get the best coverage for our needs and was very patient with all of our questions. As an insurance agent myself for 8 years who recently switched career paths, it was great working with someone who was knowledgeable and responsive, and I felt like I was in great hands! I look forward to continuing to work with Castle Insurance and feel confident in my change to Erie.

We have been with Castle Insurance for six years now. Chris Castle does an annual review to insure we are getting the proper coverage for our needs. And the been rates. We are thrilled to have her looking out for our best interest.

Kris helped me save about $1400 on home/autos/umbrella compared to my decades long coverage with State Farm, and her Erie quote for a 10 year term life policy was likewise a significantly better price. Great Service, great prices!

I am editing my original review from two years ago because we just had a claim and the entire process was outstanding. The high winds and damage that occurred in Lexington, KY on 3/3/23 resulted in a very healthy cherry tree falling on our six month old INSURED building. Kris Castle was immediately available to help us submit a claim for damages to the building, cost of tree removal, assessment of roof damages, etc. Less than a week of the claim taking place (and with city wide power outages and trees down everywhere), an Erie Adjuster was at our house and assessing our damages. He came to Kentucky from Maryland because "we're a team and I'm here for two weeks to help out and get people's lives back to normal." That was amazing. The entire process and circumstances were amazing. He direct deposited money right into our account, after assessing our damages. I can't say enough amazing things about Erie Insurance, Castle Insurance, Kris Castle, and Stephen Harmel (the super friendly and dog whisperer adjuster from Maryland!). Thank you, thank you!!
