I had the time of my life. We had the whirlpool suite and honey it was a time!!!!! Very clean. Staff was attentive. The breakfast was good. We are booked for next weekend and I can't wait 🤩

So far it’s been so good but I’m only night one and a five nights stay

First, let me say the afternoon staff went far beyond to accommodate our stay. There was a reservation mix up, totally my fault, they immediately helped to fix the situation. The hotel was so conveniently located to the airport. I would definitely stay again!

Very clean. Excellent staff. Prompt airport shuttle. Staff went out of their way to be helpful. Everything very clean. No weeds in the flowerbeds out front. I know weeds don't make or break a stay, but to me it says something when a place takes care of the little things. It makes me feel confident that they're taking care of big things, too. Surprisgly quiet given how close to the airport it is.

Great hotel. The rooms were modern and everything was clean. Prices are very reasonable for a quick stay. The free breakfast was pretty good. I would stay here again.

Mark and Cody were very helpful, pleasant and efficient at check in. Gave us complimentary water, and made us feel welcomed. Room was spacious, clean, bathroom clean and nice size with great lighting! Bed was very comfortable. We were on the interstate side and you could hear the traffic slightly but not really once we were sleeping. We both slept very well. The breakfast was really nicely set up and clean and neat. I loved the fried egg rounds and sausage!! I felt the price for the stay was very good compared to everywhere else I called that night to stay. We will definitely stay here again on our travels!!

I really liked our stay here. The fitness center, pool, and breakfast were great features. The rooms were very clean and housekeeping did a great job each day we were there over our 3 night stay. The beds were a little soft for my taste but my family slept well. I would return and I recommend this hotel. I felt it was a great value. We had 2 adjoining rooms. The standard room was a little cramped but the adjoining handicap room was spacious.

The first thing I want to point out is the housekeeping staff. Saying that they are AWESOME, QUICK, PROFESSIONAL are dramatically under statement. It has been a long time since I have seen a crew that good in a hotel. If I had a hotel. I would want that house keeping crew. The front desk staff was great. Full of recommendations on where to eat and how to get around the area. As for the room. It was clean and a soft bed. There was lots of hot water and free soap. I enjoyed my time here and I would come back to this hotel.

Booked this hotel because it looked new and was outside the beltway and we could avoid morning commuters. The hotel is very new and have to say that it is the nicest Hampton we have ever stayed at. Rooms are spacious and the breakfast outstanding. Kudos to the entire staff!

Nice Hotel close to airport. Very convenient to get downtown if you don't want to rent a car. Bus runs 24 hours from airport to downtown Cincinnati for $3.50 all day pass

Loved that they had large bottles of products to use in the bathroom.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff! The business center allowed printing which was very useful. The airport shuttle was prompt and a great benefit. Would highly recommend if needing a night of accommodation before a flight.

great place. pool area is nice and warm which is really nice when swimming. breakfast was organized nicely and very good; nice lobby - eating area. only opp for imp is increase pool temp a little.

Stayed here for a short stay before flying out the next morning. Staff was very courteous, room was clean, hotel was quiet (it's January - can't vouch for when it's warmer!), and grabbing some breakfast before taking the quick shuttle to the airport was easy. No complaints whatsoever.

We stayed here and the front desk ladies were nice and the room was really big and clean the bathtub had a little hair but the overall stay was really nice. Nice area. We booked another weekend!!

Very comfortable stay. Loved it. Very friendly service. Rooms were clean and bed and pillows very comfortable. No noise from other rooms. Breakfast was really good too. Continental breakfast with scrambled eggs and sausage. Good selection of juices coffee and tea. Good quality. Plenty of parking spaces. There is construction and repair works outside but it did not affect the stay. Indoor pool, gym, business center is also available. Each floor has its own ice machine and laundry. Location is perfect. Closer to airport, creation museum and not too far from ark encounter. Definitely recommend this place. Very good option.

Compared to recent hotel stays, this one was great. Exceptionally clean and well stocked room. No problems with breakfast. The staff were very nice and helpful. Appreciated the hotel shuttle picking us up at the airport at 10pm.

Beautiful hotel rooms, spacious and relaxing. Great place to come study, write or work from computer. Minimalist design with comfy chairs and nice firm bed. Pillows feel like goose feathers. Customer service was friendly and helpful. Our remote was dead and they brought a new one to the room right away. Free coffee and tea in the lobby.
