Everyone is very professional, kind and understanding. They explain to you what they are doing and any issues you may have.
I have always had fear of dentist but when I started going here they have taken the fear out of me. I will continue to go here and would recommend them to anyone.

I was able to get in to see Dr. Travelsted the next day to redo a filling that had fallen out and was rough against my gum. They are very accommodating, efficient and care about their patients. Those are essential qualities you want in a dentist. If you are looking for a dentist, his office staff will take care of you w/a smile 😃.

Dr Travelsted is great! But ALL not just one or two but ALL the girls notice I said GIRLS lol 😊 are absolutely the main reason I choose to go back!
Don’t get me wrong Dr Travelsted is one of the best dentist(And truly one the most gentlest people) I’ve ever been too! But I’ll promise u will absolutely fall in love with all of his staff!

Switched to Dr Casey earlier this year and I’ve been extremely impressed. I have sensitive teeth and severe anxiety with anything touching my teeth. The staff there is always super friendly and great attention to detail. My son chipped my front tooth with a hot wheels car years ago and I never liked the filling so Dr Casey re-worked it and did an AMAZING job!

Bethany and the assistant were very clean and professional. Plus of course Dr Travelsted is always great! The ladies at the front are always friendly and helpful. Thanks for making me feel special. You all are a fabulous team.

I have always had a great experience at Southern Kentucky Smiles. I’ve been going there since it was bought from the old dentist. Yesterday- was my first time with Bethany - and couldn’t have been more pleased. She took her time, engaged in conversation and was so kind. I always recommend Dr. Travelstead to anyone who is looking for a dentist!

I really like going to Dr. Travelsted and his staff even though I am not a fan of having dental work done. They go out of their way to make me feel very comfortable. Dr. Travelsted will do what needs to be done and he's very thorough when explaining what work you need done and what and how he will go about doing it. He isn't a "high pressure" salesman like one dentist i went to before my dad told me about Dr. Travelsted. I am blessed to have them to take care of my teeth.

Dr. Travelsted and his entire staff are 5 star providers!! I was impressed with the genuine professionalism, office cleanliness upon entry, and the A+ knowledge and expertise provided in the dental chair! I was made to feel at home upon every visit and such a peaceful, relaxed atmosphere. It is my opinion that it should always be about the patient and all about the experience! Top notch from start to finish! Would highly recommend Dr. Travelsted and his office to anyone looking for a dentist or ready for a change!

Dr. Travelsted and his staff are excellent! As I told Thea, "you all make going to the dentist enjoyable." First and foremost, the care they provide is expert, meticulous, and up-to-date. Extremely detail-oriented and focused on each patient, whether it is our 9 year old daughter, me, or my husband. Love everyone in this office and have received excellent care each visit, for the 3 years we have been under Dr. Travelsted's care.

Under an extreme appointment schedule load after losing a hygienist, Bethany was still so pleasant and efficient! Everyone in this office are always so nice and helpful!

I love Southern Ky Smiles staff. They are just the best at what they do. Dr. Travelsted is quite knowledgeable and will make sure you do not leave unsatisfied. His dental assistant, Keri, is also very professional and accomplished. I am very happy with my experiences there and highly recommend Dr. Travelsted to anyone.

I always get nervous at the dentist especially new places but they were so kind it made me feel much better. Bethany did a great job cleaning my teeth and Dr. Travelsted was friendly and professional. I'm so glad to have found a dentist I love since recently moving to BG.

My partial was giving me some problems. I called the office and they said, “can you be here in 20 minutes”. They never fail to get me in the same day when a problem pops up. I walked in and they were ready for me. Didn’t require seeing Dr.Casey for this need. Phylis took a look and in no time, she had me fixed up. She’s the best and so caring and kind. I highly recommend Dr. Casey and his team, very professional but genuinely friendly and caring. They take time to get to know you as a person and not just as another one of their patients.

Highly recommend Dr. Casey Travelsted, very nice, explains everything well and does a terrific job. I had to have several teeth extracted and to my amazement I felt great, no pain even after the numbness wore off. He done an extremely good job on the dental work I had done and now I have my pretty smile back (after having health issues ruin several teeth, it feels good to not have to hide my smile.) The staff there are also very kind and helpful!

The best dentist you could find. Everyone in this office is always so helpful, professional, and wonderful. I won’t go anywhere else and I couldn’t recommend them more.

This was my first visit with Dr. Travelstead. I thought the staff was very friendly, but also professional and thorough. As with most first visits I needed to have some x-rays. Their equipment is very modern, in fact I had never seen such an advanced x-ray machine before.
The machine allowed them to take a single
3-D image of all my teeth. Dr. Travelstead was great...he examined the image and discovered the source of a problem that has existed for 2 years, but no other Dentist has found! I was really pleased with this discovery and I knew immediately that he was a real pro! If you're looking for a Top-Of-The-Line Dental team for you and your family...look no further. One visit and you'll know you found the best.

Dr. Travelsted is AWESOME, and so is everyone on his friendly, kind, and professional staff. He is so personable, and my daughter loves going to the dentist. Thank you for the excellent care we receive, and for making it such a positive experience.
