With the this past year's automobile market being a seller's market, I could not afford most dealer's prices. I still needed a vehicle with relatively low mileage, efficiency, reliability and a fair amount of cargo space. When I saw a Kia Sorento at Captens that looked interesting, I starting asking questions. They did not hide the fact that this vehicle has a rebuilt title. They showed me photos of the vehicle right after its accident compared to now. They did a very professional job of repairing the mostly cosmetic front passenger side damage. I test drove it, checked this vehicle throughout, and found it to be sound. Now at nearly 5,000 miles later it still drives and handles smoothly with no issues in the alignment or anything else. Saif is a great guy to work with and made the whole process of purchasing a nice vehicle at a good price smooth. I'm grateful for Captens working to meet the customer's needs. A friend of mine came to our house in her husband's work car. My husband liked it so much & asked where she got it. She told us Captens in Bowling Green. Since we were looking for a smaller vehicle, we called them & asked if they had one similar to my friend's. They did, so we went the next day, which is only about an hour from us. Saif showed us the Ford Fiesta we asked about that was in our price range & a Chevy Cruz, which we almost bought, but then I saw him put the pricing info on a beautiful maroon Kia Optima I had been checking out & told my husband I changed my mind, I wanted the Kia! I drove it home & it drove like a dream & hardly used any gas! They gave us a great deal! Nice people to deal with. Thanks Saif for putting up with us for a few hours!

Bought a nice car here, came in below my budget (which is very rare car shopping) but still had all i was looking for. Low mileage for a good price. All the cars i considered here were below book value and the few i test drove ran nice and were clean inside and out and under the hood where it counts the most. Would definitely (and likely will) recommend
