Mr Kleen Laundromat

While waiting on the appliance repair to come we brought out laundry here.
Annette was a wonderful, very helpful attendant! I think she could tell we were new at this 😉 and she was very patient and helpful to answer all our questions - multiple times.
The place was kept very clean.
They have a large size restroom.
There is a sink to rinse in.
They do only take cash. There is a money exchanger but it does not accept credit cards.
Washers are $3.50 for small loads
$5.50 medium, $6.50 ex-large, $7.50 for the gigantic commercial 7 basket load size washer.
Dryers are large. 25 for 5 minutes.
Definitely well-kept.

I will not go anywhere but MR.KLEEN to do my laundry! I have gone to 4 other laundromats within a 10 mile radius from here and had awful experiences. My clothes were coming out borderline crunchy it was so disgusting in each and every one.
MR.KLEEN always has available machines and plenty of dryers. And my clothes never come out anything but clean and perfect! Highly highly recommend!

The owner is very nice to everyone who comes in his business.

Friendly, helpful staff; can drop off your clothes to get them washed or go in and wash yourself. I mean... Can't really complain. It serves its purpose and then some. The owner is also pretty cool😂

Today was my first time and I must say initially I had mixed feelings bc when I arrived the floor was covered with trash, but once a Mrs. Shay arrived, things changed for the better. As soon as she walked through the door, she greeted the customers and went right to cleaning. I had a problem with one of my dryers and she went and cleared all of the lint traps and explained why the dryer would not heat. My time plus was restored and she even returned a few times to make sure I was ok. Not sure when my machines at hime will be online again, but it's nice t o know I have a place to come to and not have to deal with added stress.

We were obliged to bring some laundry that got wet in a basement flood, and it did not smell good. We did our best to wash as quickly as possible. The attendants were understanding and helpful, and the machines were able to get our laundry about as clean as I could have expected in one wash. I really appreciate that the attendants tolerated our presence and understood our predicament; I wouldn't have blamed them if they turned us away, but they said they would just sanitize the machines when we were done. This way, we didn't have to throw away valuable blankets and clothing. If I ever need a laundromat again I'll be sure to come here.

Clean well run place someone is there to 7 pm. They also have laundry bt the lb ..
Machine are brand new and good prices .

This is the place to go for your laundry needs. This was my first time here. I had guest over the labor day weekend, and I didn't want to use my machine to wash all the linens. When I walked in the place was clean and bright. The employee was very helpful and professional. Her name is Allesha. I'm hoping I spelled her name right. Please, come here for all your laundry needs. I'm glad Mr.Kleen laundromat hired her. I definitely will be back to wash my large loads of linens real soon.

I do laundry every 2 weeks. It is always clean. Val is always very nice and helpful. I will continue to patronize this Mr. Kleenex on Christiana Road

This place is very nice! Blanca, the attendant was very nice! She helped me learn to use the machines and she checked on us the whole thing we were there. She also greeted and helped everyone while she was cleaning! The place was very clean!

I use their drop off service quite a bit. Saves me time and the price is very reasonable. Staff is very pleasant and always ready for pickup. Clean facility. Havent had anything major to complain about. I recommend.

Their dryers work excellent!!! Love that it's open 24/7. I will be back. They also have bathrooms which is a big plus!

Its open 24hrs and the washer and dryers are affordable. The bathroom is locked after a certain hour but that's understandable given the area it's in. Its usually decently clean.

Always clean and staff is friendly. My kids love going to that laundromat because there's other kids there and noone bothers us

It's the cleanest laundromat I have found so far in New Castle. It's 24hrs! It also has air conditioning!

I love to wash my clothes the washers leaves my clothes nice and clean very nice place to wash clothes they leave it very clean I'm going to ask my friends to go wash clothes at that laundry mat very polite and kind to customers

Environment was clean, peaceful..got my laundry done & all is well!

Washer was fast.Dryer was hot. Wasn't there at 1:30 a.m.. patroled area..
