Came in to exchange a pair of pants I bought online. The lady on the second floor, Nancy, was the nicest staff I have met. She was kind, friendly, patient and very helpful. She helped me with my situation and tried her best to pick out the perfect size for me. I really appreciate the kindness. God bless her ❤
PS. Another male staff I talked to on the first floor was very nice too. I had a great impression with this mall.
