This is the problem with Lucite. They have a hired security agency. These people are ghetto and white lower class people.
They will start stuff with the drivers at the gate.
Then they will lock you out of the plant.

I know about 10 drivers including myself that this has happened to.

Black and white guys.

They are very lazy and hate doing their jobs.

Company under pay you lots of work to be under paid... No privacy everyone looking in your face as you working.. I observed all black people work on the floor and all white people has there own office that let me know you have no chances of moving up with this company unless you white... every department I visited whites have there own private office... only 2 black people with an office.... I just didn't feel right about this. I am no longer there.. I rather be at a company that's going to appreciate you...
