A spring broke in our LazyBoy so it wouldn’t recline. I called Thornton’s (that’s where we bought the chair) and explained that the chair was important to a family member, so I needed to get a replacement spring as quickly as possible. Within two hours, I received a return call with the good news that I could pick up the replacement spring that same day. The cost for the spring was reasonable and the customer service was exceptional. If you are looking to buy furniture, go to Thornton Furniture. They treat you like family.

Furniture shopping has been so stressful for me. The options are overwhelming and places to shop now a days are unlimited. But I’m so thankful for my positive experience with Kelly today! She helped me pick out the perfect living room set and was so friendly. It was stress free and she really look the time to listen and get to know what I was searching for and what price range I was in. I definitely recommend shopping here for any budget and ask for Kelly, she will go above and beyond to find you the perfect piece.

My wife and I went everywhere in town looking for a new sectional for our living room. As soon as we stepped through the door at Thorntons, Kelly helped us find what we needed. The first couch we decided on had actually already been sold to someone else, but Kelly was able to show us a new couch that hadn't hit the sales floor yet that we liked even more! We were able to get that couch the same day and had it delivered to our house in less than a week! We truly had an awesome shopping experience!

Thornton Furniture is by far the best furniture store in Bowling Green. We ordered our furniture during the pandemic and were told up front it could be delayed. We appreciated that they were honest with us and gave us a heads up. Everything we ordered was on time and delivery was quick. The staff was amazing every step of the way and made the experience seamless. The delivery men were so kind and professional. The quality of the furniture is the best I’ve ever owned. If you are looking for high quality beautiful furniture, I highly recommend them!

Normally I avoid furniture shopping but our broken couch left us with little choice. I did my research and visited a few stores. Thornton’s had a lot in stock, a great variety, and good financing options. That got me in the door but we will continue to purchase here in the future because of the customer service! Mrs Thornton is a classy lady who knows her store and was able to help us find what was right for our home, 5 star customer service is rare but you’ll find it at Thornton’s!

We had a wonderful, positive and satisfying experience with Thornton Furniture. We love the quality of their furniture as well as their friendliness. The owner, Terry, came out to meet us and Mary Ann, our sales consultant was phenomenal in attending to all the details from selection to delivery. It is obvious that Thornton’s has a very high standard for customer satisfaction. It shows! We enjoyed the experience so much, we recently bought a recliner from them.

Judy and Terry Thornton were so kind and helpful! I needed a sofa after moving back to Bowling Green and they delivered the very next day!

They were wonderful to work with, had a great response time, and never made me feel pressured to make a decision immediately. I cannot recommend them enough! Thornton Furniture has been fabulous over the years. We always enjoy shopping there and explaining our needs and looking at solutions for those needs. I can say that I have never had a situation that we could not find a solution. I have also had a manufacturing issue on a few occasions and Thornton Funiture has always been responsive. They are over the top with customer service. Thank you Thornton Furniture for your great service and for standing behind your products. 10/8/2022-Thornton Furniture did an outstanding job again today! We needed a loveseat with specific dimensions, removable cushions, special arms, and long seating for a special purpose. We visited Thornton's Furniture Gallery and outlined my family’s needs/desires. We explained the specific parameters and the purpose of the purchase. They were extremely helpful and perused the gallery for the perfect choice. We were recommended a Centurion loveseat. Then came the explanation of where this special furniture was going to be placed in our home. We explained the furniture needed to be placed in a difficult spot. They sent three staff to make certain they could meet the need at the delivery. My family was shopping for the perfect furniture and found the perfect company, sales/delivery staff, and loveseat. I am again very satisfied with the outstanding service, careful delivery staff, and recommendations from the Thornton's and their business. Thank you for another incredible experience at Thornton’s Furniture!

Found the bed on the manufacturer's website and they indicated Thornton Furniture had it in stock. Rhonda sent me a photo immediately and answered my questions quickly and nicely! Price was highly competitive with online, but preferred to see it in the store. Judy, one of the owner's, came by while I was looking and was also very helpful! I went to see the bed the next day.. thought about it for a bit and then called back. Rhonda quickly processed my order and I picked it up two days later. Terry, another owner!, actually helped the guys pack the bed in the truck and gave us lots of information to help put the bed together. Bed was perfect! Love it!

I had been shopping around for a mattress for a few weeks and had checked out a couple other places before stopping in to Thornton's. When I came in I was immediately greeted by Cody who took the time to answer my questions and help me pick the mattress that was perfect for me. He was very knowledgeable and was patient while I tried them all out. Ultimately I ended up purchasing a new mattress due to the best price and friendly service that I received. Mattress delivered to my house and the delivery crew was very professional and polite. I'll definitely be returning in the future.

Worked closely with Cody at Thornton’s to purchase unique nightstands and dresser by an exclusive furniture brand. Cody and his staff were thorough, the price was better than other places we looked at and delivery was a smooth process! Definitely would recommend them for anyone looking for great quality high end furniture. Great store and team!

I was extremely impressed with our shopping experience at Thornton Furniture. It was the third furniture store we shopped at, looking for a couch & was by far the best quality furniture, & the best customer service we received. I would highly recommend seeing Rhonda when you go. She was very knowledgeable, thoroughly answered all our questions, helpful in helping us decide what best suited our needs but not at all pushy. We were also very pleased with the price. We were able to get a very nice Lazyboy sectional for around the same price as a much lower quality couch at one of the chain furniture stores. This will definitely be our first stop the next time we shop for furniture 😊

We went to Thornton's this morning to pick out a bed frame and box spring. The prices we reasonable for quality furniture and they were very accommodating and had our furniture ready to pick up a couple of hours later. Very friendly service! We will be back to purchase more furniture!

Thornton’s furniture is the best furniture store I’ve ever shopped from! The workers are so nice and cater exactly to my needs! Their sales people are great! The prices are fair and you definitely get what you pay for, please everyone go shop at Thornton’s Furniture in Bolwing Green and ask for Rhonda!

Judy is wonderful to work with. She has helped me to decorate my home. She took the time to match colors and furniture to every room. She helped me make sure everything flowed well from room to room!
