Bajio's Mexican Restaurant

I was surprisingly impressed with this place!! Now, I did read the reviews first so I saw the good comments but when we pulled up I wasn’t “wowed” from the appearance and thought about not going in but changed my mind and so glad I did. We went at lunch time and the crowd was a little light but that was ok. Our server was extremely helpful, nice and patient with us (and our first time visit). The pitcher of Bajio’s Margarita (Don Julio, Grand Mariner, OJ) was absolutely delicious!! Perfectly blended and smooth tasting. We had Quesadilla Supremas (one of each: chicken, beef, grilled steak and shrimp quesadilla) and Burito Supreme. Both dishes were fresh, hot and delicious!! The salsa was great tasting as well. There are a couple more Mexican spots I like, but will definitely add this one to our list. Just go and try…you shouldn’t be disappointed…we enjoyed it!! Highly recommend

The food was amazing! Been burnt out on mexican food (Tex-Mex) so I wasn't all that excited about it at first but I made plans with a relative to try this place out..the salsa was tasty! not a big fan of Margaritas, however I've found a new spot to enjoy a delicious homemade margarita. In the picture is a margarita and the spicy burrito- loved each bite and sip.

Highly highly recommend this place! The server was wonderful and so bubbly! I forgot to take pictures before we started eating but I highly recommend! Food was AMAZING! I got the tropical sizzling fajitas. The margaritas are absolutely delicious as well!

This was our first time eating here and everything was great, all the way down to the service. Chips came out hot and the salsa was the best I've ever had at any mexican restaurant, Ever! Mexican street corn was just as good. All the flavors were very bright and stood on their own creating this wonderful explosion of flavors with every bite. I had the grilled chicken salad and most times the chicken is dry and precooked with no flavor. Not theirs! And if it is, I was fooled. Lol. It was flavored very well with spices and not at all dry!
Point is ... Go try it. You wont be disappointed and if you are, theres something wrong with you! 😂

This is one of my regular local spots. The service is always wonderful, and the food is so fresh. We have been here multiple times and have not ever had a bad dish. They have great Magaritas and Pina Coladas. Their gauc is awesome.

The food was so delicious we had like four different things it was all kind of sharing and taking bites and it was so good if I had any left I would have brought it home

Wow the food was sooo good! I was surprised their wasn’t more people there. The server was very enthusiastic, friendly and prompt with the service. The guacamole had a delightfully different flavor unlike anything I’ve ever had before. I believe it’s actually my new favorite guacamole. Mucho delicioso! Looks like El Mazatlan has some tough new competition in town!

My husband wanted to try something different, he is very hard to please when it comes to Mexican food. It was love at first bite. The salsa he says was so wonderful he wanted to hug who made it. Food was seasoned great and customer service was top notched. We will be coming here again

Really fantastic food and service. Has the mini chinos, and loved the flavor in the beef and chicken. My husband had the Taco Al Cabin and the y were delicious. Margarita was a generous pour. Loved it. Would highly recommend.

The owner of this place is absolutely amazing! He always welcomes us with a smile, usually knows that we will be having to drink, and we don’t even come that often. on top of this, they have the best margs in town. I’ve never been disappointed when I have eaten here. I recommend it to everyone

Inside was clean and the service was great. I've waited longer at McDonald's than I did here. Highly recommend asking for some hot sauce on the side if you like a little heat. I had the chimmichunga's and they were great wife had the spicy burrito with the same hot sauce on it.

My family and I love eating here! Friendly & welcoming staff are very attentive to make sure you have everything you need. My husband says they have the best chorizo, and I love that they have lots of great vegetarian options!! My kids always leave happy & full!

Was really good. I had the chicken cheese and rice, and they do their chicken a little different than what im used to but it tasted so much better. Daughter had steak fajita nachos and they looked great as well. Pirtion sizes were good for amount of food you get, and our server (dodnt catch his name) is one of the best servers ive ever had. He was on top of everything and constantly let you know what was happenimg with the food. Wait wasnt bad at all, especially for a friday dinner. Will definitely be returning.

First time there. We had a small issue with drinks but it taken care of immediately. Great customer service!

This is my favorite Mexican restaurant in Bowling Green. Their menu is full of a variety of different food items from seafood to American. Lots to choose from. Whatever you order you get plenty of the food item, you will be so stuffed when you leave there, also you can't get no better customer service they are so friendly and take good care of the customers. This is THE BEST in Bowling Green by far..

I just ate there with a couple of friends and had a dinner combination plate #3 and it was quite good. I'm a big fan of Chuy's as I like New Mexican food, but this is a close second. This far surpasses any other Mexican Restaurant in town and I strongly recommend it. It's a little harder to get to than most restaurants, but well worth the effort.

Amazing food!
I bought some fajitas, everything tasted so good and was fresh. Our waiter was very attentive and kind. I definitely recommend this place.
