Was a really nice place to visit. My favorite, I'd say, was the top floor with the student testimonials about their experience. It was not just tailored to create an image for the school.

The visit was to see the exhibit of Crazy Quilts. It was well displayed with lots of information about the quilts, maker, family, fabrics, threads and the reason it was made or family history. Lighting is a little sparse for such a dark exhibit. I will return for future exhibits!!!

Such a neat experience. Admission was free. Very clean. Very informative for Kentucky history. The staff are students at WKU and we're very welcoming and pleasant.

Wonderful small museum with an incredibly diverse set of exhibits and a friendly staff. I love that university students have contributed so much to the research and curation through the years.

I had a great time there! I was only the ground level for but there are two more floors to visit and explore. The staff were very friendly as well. Also the blacksmith expo was fun and interesting.

Pretty neat museum. Loved the Duncan Hines section. The life size Lego model of the University of Western Kentucky mascot is cool too.

Exhibits and artifacts are all related to the history and natives of bowling green. Including the civil war, Duncan Hines, and a series of home items spanning the stylistic eras of modern history. Admission was free.

This place has a lot of history. If you go for the exhibits, don't forget to admire the craftsmanship of the building itself. The interior detailing and construction is absolutely beautiful.

We loved it. We were there visiting family and looking for fun family activities. This was an interesting place for sure. It's a donation charge as well so for the whole family just a simple donation to the museum you can't beat that.

I haven't been here since I was a teenager. Free museum, great history and the employee are egar to answer any questions that you have. We went this past weekend because there was a special event outside the museum.

Such a neat stop during our visit to Bowling Green. Check ahead to see what traveling exhibit might be available if you're in the area. BG Visitors Bureau should have pamphlets with coupons to a number of places including the museum. Staff was super friendly and knowledgeable.

The museum is free and the staff is friendly. We loved seeing and reading about all the history here in Kentucky and learning about all the cultures here and how they began. I recommend coming here atleast once because there's learning here for everyone.

High quality exhibits with some truly remarkable items on display, this is one of BGKY's top attractions for anyone interested in the culture and heritage of Kentucky! Great activity kit for kids, too!

Great exhibits about Mammoth cave, women in politics, and students facing freshman year. Proud to have my son attend WKU.
