Love this office and all the staff!
When Dr. Freidel moved away I was worried about switching, but I can say I have seen each provider and they are all great.
Very thorough, and super kind. Not to mention there is a lab and radiology in the building.

I’ve been going to the same doctor for years and have never had a bad experience.

I visited the nurse practitioner ( who I had recently made my PCP) for chest pain that was concerning me this past Friday. It was determined to be a benign condition that some OTC’s could help and I was on my way. Later that evening my chest started burning in addition to the pain, and having a family history of CAD, I decided to play it safe and go to the ER. ER staff was pleasant, and again nothing showed on labs and I was released with ‘probably anxiety’. Fast forward to today, I get a follow up call from someone asking if I needed my PCP to call me about my visit to the ER. I said no at first, but then decided to give her the update on the burning and pain migration just to be transparent. An hour later I get another call from some rude person in the office asking WHY did I need to speak to her, she already saw me for the same condition on Friday? Attitude to the max. Mind you my out of pocket for these visits is a cool $108 each time, you’d think my concern and follow up regarding chest pain wouldn’t be such an imposition. I am reporting this office to my insurance, and will be rating them poorly on every site I find to do so. This is unacceptable, and definitely isn’t helping the situation.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Been going there for at least 30 years. It's a shame when money becomes more important then customer care. Will not go back. Between office manager never answering problems and being charged extra because during a physical discussed blood pressure. Please don't see Dr Johnston it's all about money and not about care.

Becky Tackett is hands down the worst NP I’ve ever seen in my 47 years. I stopped seeing her years ago, and now she’s doing the same thing with my son. Would def not recommend!!

The Christ hospital cannot control who there doctors use to for insurance. I have Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield that the doctors at the Ft Mitchel office won’t take. Christ Hospital will not even let you know which one of there offices will take it. They have no control of their own Doctors Offices.
There specialist take it but there General practitioners do not.

Dr Watkins was what made this place great and now that she’s gone it has gone downhill, still on the search for a good doctor not someone who dismisses everything as viral and won’t help with real conditions that you have to go see someone else for. —we miss dr Watkins

Never on time!! Spend entire day for 10min. of time with Dr. Nurses act clueless when asked simple questions.
