Wiseway supplied our plumbing and lighting needs for our new home. Caitlin was really easy to work with. She responded promptly to every request. We love our new fixtures! Thank you Wiseway!

I stopped in Wiseway for a master bath remodel and Kristin Carr worked with me until we found the perfect shower and sink fixtures. With supplies down everywhere and a small window on my timeline I didn’t have the luxury to wait, but that didn’t stop Kristin from helping me figure out the perfect pieces for my remodel. She was able to find pieces in stock or available during my timeline that gave me just what I wanted. She was patient and helpful and I really appreciated the one on one attention she provided… even on a very busy Saturday! Thanks Kristin!

Was so glad that I drove from Lexington, KY to Florence to work with Jennifer Griggs!! Excellent service, she made time to work with me even though I didn't have an appointment. We remodeled 3 Full Bathrooms and she was wonderful every step of the way! Even had to return a soaker tub I wasn't happy with the size. She quickly helped me find a replacement - Ended up with the Naomi by Barclay! It is FABULOUS!!! Holds heat for over 30 minutes and is wonderful!!!! If you are looking for a soaker tub I would consider looking at this one!! I am very picky about my soaker tub!!!! Will work with Jennifer again on our next project.

Wow! What a great experience. I am remodeling the kitchen and one full bath in a 1920s house. I tried shopping online, at the big box stores, and at the suppliers’ design studios. It seemed that I had to decide between price and service, but I couldn't find both.
My kitchen designer recommended I visit Wiseway Lighting and Plumbing in Florence, Kentucky. I was delighted to find they provide wonderful service and excellent prices. The showroom is a very nice combination of attractive displays and product information. The lighting and plumbing fixtures are clearly labeled with manufacturer and pricing information. Special orders are no problem. I was greeted by Kristin and she took the time to listen to my questions and understand my specific needs for plumbing and lighting fixtures. In about an hour, she provided a printed “wish list” of my selections – with pricing. No hard sell tactics – just courteous, professional, and efficient help. That’s the triple crown of customer service and that’s what I received at Wiseway. I highly recommend a visit to their Florence Showroom.

My husband and I are building our dream house. Jessica at Wiseway has been so fantastic & exceptional in her knowledge. I cannot say enough good things about her & Wiseway. I’d also like to mention the young lady who helped us the day Jessica had the well deserved day off of work. All around exceptional staff, quality products, and I felt like an extremely trustworthy company!

Remodeling master bath and needed 2 sink and 1 tub faucet set plus new shower. Ryan was very knowledgeable and helpful with selection. Showroom has a great variety of choices. He stayed on top of my order and I received it in exactly the amount of time he quoted. Competitive pricing too!

Jennifer was awesome. We had no idea what kind of kitchen faucet we wanted and she helped us find the style and price we were comfortable with. Love that their products come with better interior parts then the big box stores faucets. Highly recommend Wiseway.

I was in the market to update the lighting in my home. Boy did I hit the jackpot when I found Wiseway!! They exceeded my expectations in every way. Their lighting is just beautiful and the selection can’t be beat! Plus they provided excellent customer service at every turn. Wiseway Design Showroom is a must see! Plus you can shop all of their lighting online too!!! Definitely check them out!!!!

Kristin was extremely knowledgeable and helpful when I went into the store. I went to pick out lighting and bathroom/kitchen fixtures. I was able to pick everything out in about an hour with her help. They have lots of really great product displayed so you can easily see what you like and don’t like.

I could not have had a better nor more enjoyable experience spending my money and time on light fixtures than I did at Wiseway. The staff are very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Don’t waste your time shopping anywhere else if you are looking for quality products and great prices. The staff are outstanding, and I would give this a ten star rating if I could!

We had an awesome experience at the Wiseway showroom in Florence today. We were greeted immediately by a very friendly young man. He went above and beyond for us. We highly recommend you visit this showroom. It’s so pleasant to receive such great customer service

Don't waste your time going anywhere else. Contemporary your thing? Check. Farmhouse remodel? Yup. Want something unique? They've got you covered. Sam and staff are knowledgeable and friendly, very helpful. We have been to other showrooms but this one touches all of the points. We were very pleased and you will be too.

It was very Enlightening. I left the showroom feeling much wiser. Thank you folks! I'll be here all week. Seriously they have a awesome selection of home decor and lighting. A bit pricey but I guess you get what you pay for.

I had a circuit breaker to a pump system malfunction. Even though customer service closed at noon, (Saturday hours), the ladies in the showroom found the breaker for me. Very much appreciated! Great customer service!

Beautiful showroom with many options to choose from for bath rooms and kitchen designs. They have numerous plumbing and lighting vendors to select from in many design styles.
