After 2 failed visits and weeks of wasted time at other shops, I was referred to C&W, and I’m so glad I took my vehicle here. They diagnosed the problem and had my vehicle ready to go in 2 days. Skilled, honest mechanics are hard to come by, so if you’re looking for one, give these guys a call.

Very fast and very reasonably priced.

I got in a real pickle Friday evening, their recommended tow company got my truck over the weekend and the issue was diagnosed and repaired by Tuesday.

Bobby has repaired multiple issues for multiple vehicles. Each repair was not only done in a timely manner, but was reasonably priced and thoroughly explained. I have never experienced such efficient and courteous car service from any place. Thank you for being excellent!

Fantastic. Even being short an employee or two, they were able to replace my ignition coil in a day and get me back on the road. I'm from out of town, but wish that they were located where I'm from. Great service and a great price; thanks a million guy's!

The staff is very friendly and courteous with a comfortable waiting area. Repairs are done in a timely manner and there are no surprises with the bill. Bobby was very friendly and most importantly knowledge about my car. He explained my car trouble clearly and simply and did not try to upsell me. (as I was over 200mi from home) If you have any car trouble at all around Crestwood, Ky there is nowhere better then C + W Automotives.

The customer service at C&W Automotive was professional and crystal clear. There was never any upselling or price gauging. They laid out the issues my Audi was experiencing and told me what it would cost to repair. Repairs took two days and the car drove perfect afterwards.

Hands down the best mechanic in oldham county! Honest, reliable and trustworthy. Bobby’s knowledge is outstanding. He’s not going to sell you something you don’t need and he’s going to be honest with you. I won’t be going any where else.
