Staybridge Suites Louisville-East, an IHG Hotel

We were very pleased with our experience at Staybridge Suites. Special shoutout to the staff, everyone from the check-in, to the grounds and breakfast preparations were top notch.
The check in was quick and easy. They were super friendly and even had fresh baked cookies! We were very pleased with our room, which had plenty of space, was clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen was a little dated, but had everything we needed, full size fridge, microwave, paper towels, stove top, dishwasher, sink.
The bed was comfortable. The bathroom had good water pressure and plenty of hot water.
The included breakfast had several hot options, as well as the usual cereals, bagels, yogurt, fruit and several beverage options.
While the hotel was very well appointed, especially for the price we paid, the highlight were the very friendly and helpful staff! Great job Staybridge!

Was a lovely stay. We had some minor issues that we didn't even complain about such as the batteries in the thermostat seemed to need replacing and we were pretty sure the TV was supposed to be bigger. But the room was a great size and very comfortable.

My wife and I had the opportunity of staying in a King One Bedroom Suite at the Staybridge Suites Louisville-East location for one night while in town for business and we had an amazing experience here, from the staff to the breakfast! Angela at the front desk went above and beyond to make our stay special and was so kind from the moment we walked in the doors. We had great conversation and were given clear directions on how to get to our room and everything we needed to know for our stay. We cannot thank her enough for her kindness! The breakfast staff was very helpful and friendly and the breakfast was excellent, everything was freshly made and the food stations were all very clean and organized. The value that you get from staying at these suites is unmatched. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the room and bathroom were both clean and spacious. Quiet, safe location. We would definitely stay here again!

Very friendly and welcoming staff, especially Joni who worked in the evening. Room is a bit outdated but at least spacious, well-equipped, and worth the price. The only surprise/disappointment is the $10 per night parking fee.

I was in a very horrible situation after having a flat tire with a car rental on my way to Lexington and being stranded on the side of the road at 2am. My car rental company had left me stranded with no replacement etc. Melody G. Went ABOVE AND BEYOND. She saw I was struggling and completely frazzled at trying to figure out how and where I could get rental car from and offered without me even asking and took to the nearest car rental place and I was able to get where I needed to go thanks to her immense kindness and compassion. I have been to 71 countries and all 50 states. NEVER HAVE I EVER RECEIVED EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE LIKE THIS!l, let alone in Louisville. As a lifetime Hilton Diamond member the positive impact and immense kindness from Melody will now have a lifetime top tier Staybridge suites member! All the employees and ESPECIALLY MELODY need to be recognized for their efforts, hard work, and extreme dedication to providing excellent, efficient, above and beyond EXCEPTIONAL service! I will absolutely be staying here again and will refer my clients and be putting my employees here when I am back in Louisville! Thank you to each and everyone of you and to Melody for going above and beyond! Staybridge is VERY LUCKY TO HAVE YOU!

This hotel was really clean. The staff was super nice. They have a little gym,pool,grill spot, outside fireplace,and free laundry for guests, breakfast every morning,and then they have a dinner from 4-7p.m. some evenings. It was really quiet and relaxing. I would definitely recommend this place.

Convenient location, well furnished clean room with most comfortable bed. Excellent variety of hot foods, fruit, condiments, on breakfast buffet. Friendly desk, housekeeping, and cooking staff.

We can't say enough about the staff... they become like friends!

Nice, very! Rooms are spacious and clean, the kitchen is well equipped and the staff is fantastic! I think they were having a few issues during our 2nd stay as breakfast was hit and miss. This location will always be my 1st choice in Louisville.

I wish to stay longer. This place is by far the best. You are like a family when you here. Very nice staff, nice rooms with kitchenette, free laundry, nice breakfast and happy hour. Quiet location and very clean.

Needed a little getaway and have enjoyed staying at Staybridge locations because of the larger suite-like rooms. The price was right so I booked for 3 nights. I had read some reviews that had me concerned, but had no complaints whatsoever with this hotel. Staff were very friendly--from the front desk staff to the housekeeping staff. This looks like it was one of the first Staybridge properties built, but it has aged well and the rooms were clean, comfortable and roomy and seems updated. This location is very centrally located and there are numerous restaurants within a 5-10 minute drive. The outdoor pool was not yet open. I would imagine it would be open for the summer months. I had their breakfast which was pretty good. Eggs, bacon, waffles....and the other normal hotel breakfast type items. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Haven't stayed at many hotels, but this is the best one I've ever been to. Everything was clean and tidy. Staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms are beautiful and comforting! With a partner that has a gluten allergy it is difficult to eat out while traveling, this hotel has a wonderful kitchen to make everything we needed, it helped save money and my partner's digestive system. When we go to Louisville again, this is the only hotel we shall stay at.

Hotel has recently undergone renovations and our room was very, very nice. Kitchenette contained everything we needed to make our stay feel homey. The staff was personable and professional. Breakfast was good, parking was plentiful. Only negative is thin walls, could hear tv next door all night.

With small kids, keep them from making a mess. We did what we could to clean messes but the bedding was stained and they charged us because they had to toss it I guess. I would have just taken them because they were comfy.

The room was great. They are nice enough to provide extra kitchen stuff. I had a queen with a kitchenette. If you have little kids, consider bringing a firestick or Roku to keep them happy in bad weather. There's a defy jump park nearby but verify openings because they fill up. Malibu Jaks sounds like a nice place but I didn't make it there.
Consider a baby gate but my baby only wanted to play in the cabinets and slam drawers. No one complained about my kids being Loud which was great. I would book there again

Very clean, with thoughtful touches! I loved that the comforter was a duvet, and they actually had soft pillows. Some things did look old, like the fridge and the phones, and the toilet wouldn't stop flushing for the first bit, but overall I can't complain.
