O'Charley's Restaurant & Bar

This was a last minute decision and the food was really good. The service was great!

I ordered the grilled chicken breast dinner. The chicken was seasoned and cooked perfectly. Portion size was spot on too. My sides (green beans & fries) were also delicious. Service was attentive and speedy.

There was a period of time where I hadn't been to O'Charley's in a long time because it was mediocre. Over the past year and a half, my family and I have started going very frequently. The food is always hot and fresh and the staff is always friendly. Never had a bad experience there. I always tell people they need to reconsider adding O'Charley's to their restaurant rotation. The chicken tender nachos are awesome! Keep up the good work!

Our food was great, as was the service! The reason for my review is actually due to a server at a table next to us. It’s Sunday afternoon so it’s steady. The older couple seated next to us had a gentleman having a hard time seeing the menu. He had mentioned to his waitress that he needed a light. She got down beside him and reviewed the menu with him! She read over things that he said he liked, talked to him about sides, made sure he knew exactly what he wanted!! It doesn’t take much effort to be kind, but sometimes it does take a little time. My heart is so full and blessed to witness this encounter! Please recognize this employee. I don’t know her name but today she was wearing a black bleached nashville shirt with a guitar on it. She’s tall and has curly hair that was pulled back into a low ponytail. I didn’t get the best picture of her and I didn’t want to be rude. But I did want to be sure the right person was recognized. This girl is an asset to your restaurant. Not everyone possesses that level of kindness and compassion! Give her a raise!!!

It's always a pleasure here. Warm as well as inviting. It has that home relax feeling. They are always friendly to us. Great with groups. We certainly enjoy the server Colt .

We had a party of four (one was almost three years) and he was quite the handful. Thankfully, we didn’t have any flack from the staff. At first I think we overwhelmed our server Mickey (older lady with dark hair) but she became super friendly when bringing out our food. We had appetizers and meals and all of it was delicious. The manager also was attentive and came by to check on us from time to time. The place was also very clean. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Had the Burger week burger, it was great, one of my favorites thus far. Our waitress, Shelby, was very kind and made sure we were taken care of. Restaurant was clean and the food was fresh. No complaints at all

My husband and I stopped in at our O’charley’s for lunch on a weekend day. It was an icy snowy day so it wasn’t very busy. The food was great and so was the service. We will return!

My daughter and I ate there this past Saturday. Glass was never empty. Wait staff asked multiple times if we needed anything. Chef that day cooked amazing meals for us. They really made our day! So much so that we bragged to the manager on everyone and left a substantial tip.

We were able to be seated immediately even with the reduced capacity restrictions. Service was great, food was great, sweet tea was great. Free pie was great!

While my gf n I were looking for a place to eat a good fat juicy burger we decide to try out O'Charleys, not knowing it was a burger war week between restaurants on who makes the best burger in town owensboro ky . Thanks to our waiter Jay recommended the western bacon burger it was tasty n juicy we were completely satisfied with it would recommend any one to try it. You only have to the 11th to try it! And a big shout out to the cook who I believe brought it out to us we were very happy you made it the way we requested it 💯🙂👍 Jay did did a great job attending on us all the way 💯👍

Overall, I was very happy with my dining experience at this restaurant. The food was decent. I won’t say it was the best I’ve had, of course, but it’s a chain restaurant so that’s expected. But I will say kudos to the management and staff because the staff in general at this place is just amazing. I know I interacted with at least three or four of them, including our server, and everyone of them was friendly courteous just overall very professional.

Our server was always on top of everything. Great food and cozy atmosphere.

Had a salmon salad with vinaigrette dressing, very good.
The salad had fruit and nuts as well

Had a family birthday dinner with twelve people and everything was perfect! The setup was comfy and roomy for all of the family. Service and food was great.. we will be back! Thank you!

Wife had never eating there, so we stopped by the food was amazing the lousiana sirloin was out of this world, wife had the bacon cheddar burger and she loved it!! Our server jenifer was absolutly amazing and I hope her boss sees this. You have a great server in her kind and curtious! I highly recommend this location!

We've returned to O Charley's since the food and service was below good standards about 3 years ago. 4 recent visits and everything has improved dramatically. Very good food , atmosphere and the service is excellent.

Staff are always friend and attentive. Food is consistently good.
