Sleep Inn

Very nice. We came from Massachusetts driving and the beds are really comfortable. I definitely will pick Sleep Inn for any other travels. As I stayed in on in South Carolina. For a person who has back pain, chronic pain 24/7, fibromyalgia and to be able to lay down in very comfortable beds says a lot. Pillows are a nice and soft so if you don't like soft Pillows bring your own. Staff was also very friendly. No problems whatsoever. Restaurants and gas stations all very close by

Really enjoyed my stay recently. This is a quiet, safe and affordable pet-friendly hotel, with a restaurant and gas station conveniently nearby. The manager was very nice at check-in, the room was clean and the stay was a pleasant one!

I give this location five stars.

My only note is the loud mariachi band music coming from a third floor room during the day AND during the night. Some breakfast machines need to be repaired or replaced asap as not to be looked upon as an excuse to cut breakfast expenses. The young male relative (family member) of the owner(s) didn’t seem to be a people person. Seemed as if you are an anomaly or a product to tolerate. However the non family staff were friendly and helpful.

Other than that…a good place to rest your head for the night.

Very nice property. Our room was comfortable and appeared to have had recent upgrades,( ie. shower). The bath linens were very soft!!!! The bed was conformable. Breakfast was average, but good. Hotel is in good location for eating and shopping. Definitely worth staying on next trip👍😁. Only notable thing, TV remote was broken and had been taped.

Rooms could be better but for the price it makes up for it and David at the front desk lived up to the ideal customer service you want and expect from hotel staff

Arrived from NC at 3:37am, for a room. The clerk was professional and friendly. Housekeeping honored my Do Not Disturb sign. Had no problem asking for towels for the three day stay. Exceptional experience. Thank you, Sleep Inn.

Overall the rooms were very clean with the exception of a couple of hairs here and there. But the rest of the room was clean. Service at the counter was good and friendly. I stayed here because my other Hotel was full figured I'd give it a try and I will probably be back for sure

One of THE best places I have EVER stayed!! My little therapy dog was welcomed. They treated her as well as they treated me, which means everything to me. I would have been unable to visit with my Michigan friends if it wasn't for dog friendly Sleep Inn. Spencer is AWESOME. And the staff is phenomenal!! I will absolutely ONLY stay here when I visit KY!🙌

Spacious, clean, friendly checkin, nice breakfast, great value.

These rooms were very clean. I realized the hotel has a little age on it but I was super comfortable and I felt very refreshed when I got to my room. FYI it looks like the bathroom has no door but it's a pocket door! The breakfast was average mostly grab-and-go (yogurt, fruit, cereal) boiled eggs, waffles-but they did have a delicious sausage gravy and biscuit that I took advantage of.

Stayed here for a night for business travel and ended up staying two because it was so nice! Great price rooms that are extremely clean. Great staff, great breakfast. Free coffee and tea all hours. Overall extremely happy and definitely will stay again :)

We love this motel. The staff is very pleasant and helpful. The outside and inside is always clean. The breakfast is awesome and I like how the cook has everything set up to get to very easy. We thank you all for keeping a safe and clean motel for us to come to when we come to Louisville to go to the doctor.

Great room. Big big bed. Easy of use bathroom and shower. Plenty of desk space if you need to work on anything while you are there like me! One of the go-to locations for my company to put people up overnight. I will be going back twice this week, and am quite satisfied.

Always enjoy my stay here. Very clean, no riff-raff in the halls or parking lot and the staff will go above and beyond to accommodate you. No other hotel at this price could compete. You get 5 star service at a 3 star price. Keep up the good work

Friendly staff. Clean room. Comfortable bed. Room temperature good. Hot breakfast. Dog friendly. They could use a covered smoking area with seating as it was raining.

My wife and I were very pleased with our stay. The rate was reasonable, considering how high most hotels are in the Louisville area

The hotel was great! It was clean with fluffy towels, not flat. Unfortunately, there was no buffet due to COVID19, and nothing was offered in its place. The staff was very friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

It we beautiful, clean, comfy bed, great staff! I'm kicking myself because I forgot to take pictures! If I'm ever back in Louisville, this is where I'll stay! Get more for your money here.

I will be looking for this chain wherever I travel to! Customer service was great, the hot breakfast taste great, the room was clean and up to date and the bed was extremely comfortable. What else could you ask for? We checked in late at night and they even allowed us to check out 90mins after normal checkout
