DuPont Suites

I loved my stay here. It's about 8 min the from airport. The location was perfect for me. It's located in a quiet district in Louisville. The host at the desk was kind, and gracious. The facility is well maintained and budget friendly. Parking is available in two locations which makes it easier to get to your room. There was food and gas nearby. I loved the multiple charging ports available and the lightning. I had clean towels, nice bed, toiletries and large fridge and microwave. The heat/air conditioner worked well and fast, it was quiet.

This was great. Close to airport, quiet area, clean, spacious room. It’s not a fancy hotel, but everyone was nice and I felt safe. Would definitely stay here again.

I've been staying here for about a month and a half while I'm searching for house and it's just great, the staff is always helpful and says hi when I come home. My only complaint is that the room doesn't have a full length mirror otherwise the price is right, rooms are clean, heater and a/c work good, has fridge with freezer and a microwave.

Great hotel! Room was very nice, modern decor and it was spotless! The larger apartment size fridge was a very useful surprise as we saved money by getting groceries and eating at the hotel during our stay. The only thing I would of wanted more was for them to have had a swimming pool for the kids.

Fantastic rooms for the price, very clean and spacious. Came in from a few states away and got in late and was greeted so kindly by the desk clerk and was also upgraded. Woke up the next morning to get coffee and spilled some and the morning staff was beyond kind and understanding and helped me clean it. The customer service is the best I have experienced and I have traveled alot and stayed in many different properties. I'd highly recommend!!!!!

This is a very quiet clean area hotel strategically place where everything is within a one mile radius from exercising to going grocery shopping even to the hospital ER room all within a mile radius the staff is very professional.The rooms are very big and private. Of all the places that I've been I say this is probably perhaps one of the best places that I've ever had very downtime leisure Time

The front staff was friendly and hospitable. The location was perfect. It was in a quiet area but with plenty of food options nearby.
Perfect place to stay if traveling and need a good night sleep.
Although we've never stayed here, it appears the property was recently renovated and our room looked fresh and new.

The beds are very, very comfortable. Actually was put into a first-floor room, when the manager saw that we had a couple of heavy bags, just 3 rooms from the back door. The hotel is in the process of upgrading and looking good. The manager and staff are very nice and friendly. The air conditioner was very good, very cold. It is also a full-size fridge, a microwave, coffee maker, hairdryer, ironing board & iron, although we only used the fridge. The bathroom was also great, nice & comforting shower. Only drawback was that I was planning to leave early Sunday night of my 3-night stay after Louder Than Life, so wouldn't miss work Monday morning but was told I wouldn't get my $50 deposit back, plus would have to pay $50 more for a total of $100 "because the room reaks of marijuana". I told the night desk woman I was at a festival and noone smoked in the room and in fact, neither party in the room even smoked pot at all. She wouldn't give me my money back, so I had to stay til Monday morning to check out with the manager and the manager did not mention the smell at all, and gave my deposit back with no questions-----thus the 5 star review. Great comfort and management.

The location of DuPont Suites was perfect for me. It is tucked away, out of sight for anyone not familiar with the area. Ben, at the front desk, was perfect for his job. He was very professional and personable. The housekeepers were very rude and unprofessional. I wanted to stay a second night, but was told I had to change rooms because my room had been reserved through Expedia. There were other rooms available for visitors. The carpet is absolutely filthy. Other than that, it was okay. Enough said.

My room was extremely clean, the location is in a nice spot, the hotel was very quiet and the staff were great!

The room was New and everything was so very nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The manager/owner was on the premises and helped us out when we had an issue with our car. There was even a beautiful welcome bag full of goodies waiting for us in the room. I highly recommend staying here. I know we will be for our next Derby!

Nice clean great priced room. Don't believe bad reviews. We heard they had new owners so the wife and I checked it out. We stayed during Christmas holiday. The staff was polite and our room was clean and it had a large flat screen TV with lots of channels and included HBO. The room price included extras like free WiFi. Kitchen had full size refrigerator 4 burner stove with an oven and microwave too. Really a nice place

The management was very friendly and the room was as expected. Clean, comfortable and exceptionally relaxing. I would definitely recommend staying here. Their rates are descent and not outrageously priced. If you're like me with a family member in the hospital and you need a place to stay for a few nights... come stay here..

Night clerk was very polite & helpful in suggesting area restaurants open late & even upgraded my room to king size suite for free. Room had everything needed for 2 night stay plus clean & well maintained. I will be in area again next week and definitely be booking here again.

HIDDEN GEM!!! :) Not many seem to know about this place for some reason. Clean rooms. Friendly staff. I almost let some of the reviews chase me off but I gave it a chance and I'm glad I did. The only reason you wouldn't get your deposit back is if you SMOKE in their rooms, which is dumb and disrespectful. They aren't stupid, they will know everytime and are only reinforcing their rules. I got my deposit back:) The staff are real people, they work with you and nothing about this place is dirty, plus the showers are super nice. My 4 year old loved it here too. Its a great deal, guys. Save some money and have a nice stay.

The staff was very welcoming and helpful! They even helped me take my suitcase to my car! Very modern, clean and pretty ambiance! Would definitely stay there again. Can’t beat their location when needing to get to different parts of the city either, it’s pretty centric!
